I highly recommend Milan for any building work, as he was a perfectionist in his trade, & he also gave me other ideas/options to enhance the job which I had not thought of.
I now have a wonderful, sheltered outdoor area, which I can use all year round for my regular parties & home-based Childcare business.

100%"Milan completed a number of cladding repairs on my roof when it was getting done. He worked in a tidy and very efficiend manner. Although the job waws very time consuming, he always turned up with a smile on his face and a "can do" attitude. he completed the work to a very high standard. He also arranged suitable subcontractors to do the plastering and painting to make sure the job was completed to perfection. 100%"After an initial consultation of our proposed reno (kitchen, bathroom and laundry), Milan was extremely helpful in giving us useful and practical tips on how we could approach things.
Once work started, Milan was on the ball with his communication with us, which is something we truly appreciated. He was honest about changes that, even though would have not been part of the initial scope, would be better for longevity of the property.
We already had a plumber and electrician that we worked… with, and it was great hearing from them that working with Milan was a breeze, and not only did he know what he was doing, but he was also extremely efficient.

100%"I am very happy with the quality of work that Milan did for me. He repaired the rot in my laundry floor and glued the vinyl carefully in place. While on the job, he notified me of the leak in my shower so I contacted a plumber to get it fixed. He also did extra jobs after the initial work I contacted him for. I have another job waiting and can't wait to get it done.
I highly recommend Milan for his workmanship, professionalism, good attitude and his rate is very reasonable. 10/10

He is an excellent and prompt communicator, very reliable, very hard-working, has great attention to detail, is honest, flexible and provides very reasonable rates. We are so happy and impressed with his craftsmanship. We were also really stoked with his project management ability. With our bathroom - it was so easy and helpful having Milan organise the plumber and… electrician for us. With our deck, we had a budget, and he was able to retain some of the old decking and cleverly and seamlessly add the new parts. We would highly recommend employing him to all.
