"This is the second time I have used Monster. They are not the cheapest but their excellent level of communication, and the service provided was worth paying for. Tony and Ashleigh were excellent communicators and kept me informed throughout the process. Gutters, house, decks and exterior windows were cleaned to a very high standard. A problem with an exterior security light developed. Monster arranged for an electrician to come the day after I reported it. Amazing! Thanks, Monster. "Perfection is Possible painters recommended a pre-paint house wash.by your company. We were amazed at the transformation made possible by Connor who made our entire exterior look cleaner than it has for many, many years. The brick work also came up looking good. Connor took his time and stopped only momentarily when I passed him a cold drink through the window. My husband did not know the house was being washed that day and came home just as Connor had finished to find before him a magical… transformation. We now await more painting from Perfection is possible to add even more sparkle to our home."

"These guys were recommended by our tank cleaning man and we are not disappointed. They did an amazing job. "I had my gutters cleaned, and I am very pleased. This was a more risky job due to height, harness required. I can't recall the names of the two men who came to do the job, but Tony came to introduce them to the job and to me.
The previous company I had do this job sent a crew that dented my roof in multiple places, so I was very watchful. No damage! The men were very safety conscious, and were efficient with the use of my tank water. When they hosed down the walls of the house they… remembered to reduce the pressure, so I didn't have any furring of the siding.

I am very pleased."

"From the initial contact with Ashleigh I was kept informed and Tony messaged me the night before to confirm time they would be here. Arrived when due and even offered to come back as I was unwell and he thought the noise may disturb me. Completed the cleaning of the gutters efficiently and no mess left behind. "Tony came to our house to check out the job - was very friendly and professional. They then returned a week later to clean out our gutters - what an amazing job, we have a sloping section so quite difficult for us to do but not for these guys. Couldn't ask for better - looks amazing. Quick and tidy, came home to everything all nice and clean - better than expected!! "Big job completed as requested, part of house's weather boards:softwash, other part blaster to remove loose paint in prep for painting, old wooden window sills and surrounds also blastered ready for painting, soft wash of wooden frillergry work (splitting), soft wash of old veranda roof I DONT want to hv to paint just yet :) and a full gutter clean of big old house with two gerations of resident sparrows :(. The soft washed area and weather boards now so clean they look like they HAVE been… painted. Thank You !!! An awesome awesome no fuss get it done job. Booking you in to now install the hedgehog gutter bird protection as offered - Great job"

"Prior to having our house painted we needed the team from Monster Housewash & Gutters to clean it for us. They arrived right on the appointed time and proceeded to clean our house, roof, drive wall and roadside wall in a very efficient manner. The house is on three levels so it was not the easiest to access but I was so impressed how hard they both worked without any fuss and even more impressed with the end result.
I would recommend Monster Housewash & Gutters to any one who needed… their house or roof cleaned, and I for one will get them back to repeat this job in the future - and I wouldn't leave it so long next time!!
