"You new your where in good hands by the respect and calmness Morgan gave back as we verbalised our requests with arm waving and pointing descriptions all taken in and formulated by Morgan as he began a 4 day 4 visit job •from repositioning our mains in cable to putting in a range hood vent in from scratch •reconfiguring all swatches and wiring • outside lighting •seamlessly moving exciting plugs to to next stud so we could alter furniture positions. We also needed to alter a visit to… suit changes to our time frame Morgan moved hell and high water to be here by altering his own personal time to accommodate ours well done Morgan . Their was never any thought of leaving the house open for him at any time very trustworthy very neat and tidy and felt like a member or our family ."

"I was very happy with the work that Morgan and his team performed at our new extension late last year. He was able to integrate our brand new build wiring with the old villa and basement, he was happy to add extra jobs on at short notice, he managed some really large pendants hung from a very high stud, good general advice on what was appropriate for the space we had, he was happy to work with switches and bulbs/pendants we had sourced ourselves, he came back to tweak 2 up-lights that were not… doing as good a job as the others and all this with a friendly, relaxed attitude and good price. Highly recommend."

"Morgan did a fantastic job for us in getting our sleep out ready for renting out. His first visit was scoping and pricing which was very competitive and affordable in our opinion. Upon accepting the job he came to visit twice, the first visit was a full pre-wire of the job and the second was fit off and go-live. "Morgan rewired my old house in a very professional manner, so he was my first choice when I started a food truck and needed it fully wired. He listened to all our requirements and followed them to the letter, he understood the set up and ensured he designed it to make sure all our appliances would work and we had workable solutions depending on whether we were on mains or generator power. He was also available at the end of the phone when I had a few questions about cables!!! Really nice guy… too which helps as you can trust that he wants to get the job done correctly. He's punctual and a very good communicator, even if he's caught out on another job he'll do everything he can to get to you and let you know when. A great work ethic!! Highly recommended."

"Morgan's a been a great find for us, he's knowledgeable, efficient with his time and has a great work ethic . He'll identify and work out problems and give you a range of solutions which was invaluable on our old villa renovation. His communication is excellent and we were never left wondering about the job. Always there when he said he would be and has excellent communication skills. Very polite and respectful, great to deal with.

About us
We are an electrical contracting company located in West Auckland servicing the greater Auckland area. Morgan Electrical is owned and operated by Morgan O'Brien, a highly qualified electrician with extensive experience gained over the last twenty three years. Morgan started his apprenticeship in the late 1990's at just 16 years old and has worked on wide variety of installations and projects since obtaining his qualifications.

Morgan has a highly professional approach to any projects in which he is involved and ensures that the quality of workmanship and project management exceeds a clients expectations. We pride ourselves in providing a fully comprehensive and efficient service and are always happy to provide consultancy if required.

All work is carried out in accordance with current regulations, tested and certified by our EWRB NZ registered electricians.

We are members of HazardCo and ensure that we follow strict health and safety procedures. Our electricians are fully inducted on site before work commences. We also have the full support of the HazardCo Health and Safety Technical Team 24/7.

We also provide lighting upgrades, switchboard upgrades, rewires and maintenance services and are also now involved in the rapidly growing field of PV Solar, from small domestic arrays to large scale industrial installations.
