    "We have used this company twice. On both occasions, when we were at or on way to job site, the company cancelled at last minute causing significant inconvenience to us. The stock excuse was employee illness. I suspect they probably either overbook or just place priority on bigger jobs. Plumbers seem competent, when present. Quite obsessed with \"terms of trade\" rather than prompt efficient service."

    "We needed a new hot water unit installed, our old one needed replacing, we needed a prompt response, they were able to come out the same day and price on the spot, we were impressed with service but we decided to check the pricing with other firms and found that they were in the middle range, We called them back to confirm to replace and they came the next day and changed over the cylinder to an infinity, organised the electrician. We came home all rubbish gone, job tidy, hot water back on,… and the invoice was for the same amount as the quote.

    The tradesman phoned that night to make sure it was working and then their office phoned the next day to make sure we were happy and to make sure the tradesman had actually talked to us.

    Needless to say we were amazed at the level of service.
