a month agoWe hired Neda Builda to complete a couple of remediation projects on our 1940s home. The work was completed to a high standard. The team were very pragmatic and professional, communication was good and the site was kept clean and tidy throughout.
Highly recommend for any reno project big or small. -
a month agoWe used Neda Builda for a complex reno on our villa. The quality and attention to detail was amazing and it looks fantastic especially considering the tolerances of a 100 year old villa can be challenging at the best of time.
We lived in the house while the work was carried out and the guys were super respectful, really tidy and kept us informed at ever step, planned really well and minimised any disruption. They went out of there way to deliver.
Would highly recommend Andrew and the team. Super happy with the approach from start to finish and the finished reno is amazing -
a month agoWe’ve used Neda Builder for multiple jobs now, and I can confidently say Andrew and the team are some of the best in the game.
They first completed a fence for us under a very tight deadline and budget, and absolutely nailed it. Not only was the work top quality, but they also cleaned up after themselves which, honestly, sets them apart from most builders we’ve dealt with.
What really impressed us was when they stepped in to fix a situation another building company had completely stalled on. The project had become a nightmare with council requirements, engineering, and geotech complications. Neda Builder took control, dealt directly with council, engineers, and geotech, and delivered a solution that others had made seem impossible.
In this industry, it’s rare to find a team that actually does what they say they will, when they say they will. Andrew and the team have delivered on that promise multiple times for us.
We’ve just engaged them again for another project and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future. Highly recommend.
