"Josh was recommended to me by Smart Vent when I had some issues with my filter replacement and fan. I was very impressed from start to finish and felt in good hands. The system is an old one and he had to source an appropriate replacement. I found him to be an honest and pleasant communicator, reliable, a quick, tidy worker and would highly recommend him to family and friends. I particularly liked that he would text or call with updates and arrival times."

"We are very happy to have our house rewired and safe. Some of the wiring was very old and had started to degrade causing fuses to blow and becoming a fire hazard. We had a lot of confidence in Josh immediately .During his first consultation he climbed up in the roof and crawled around under the house.He asked a lot of questions about our electrical requirements. He took the time to give clear explanations of what would be needed to be done. He started the job the next week. There was very little inconvenience. The power was only out for short time. Highly recommend. We will definitely be calling Josh for any future electrical work."

"I needed an electrician to disconnect our old stand alone stove/oven and connect a new one. I found Josh via Google search, searching for an electrician close to where I live. I called him for a quote and then organised a time, but I had to postpone this as the delivery was taking longer than expected and rebooked. Due to having to self isolate I had to postpone and rebook. On the day he was to do the job, I was running late getting home for the appointment and called him I would call him when I get home. Despite all these changes, Josh was very professional and patient and happy to make the changes. Josh is an excellent communicator and polite - I communicated with him via email, text and phone and he also replied in a timely manner. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he had done and also that I should read the instructions before using the stove. The cost was also reasonable, less than I had expected it to be. Very happy with the work and cost. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. :)"

"I had josh from Neon Electrical around after I (typical weekend warrior) accidentally put a screw though a wire while doing some DIY. He was extremely professional, on time, cleaned up after himself and was very fairly priced and got the job done in no time at all. He also didn't give me to much greif for my amateur mistake! Definitely will use again and recommend to anyone in need of a reliable sparky"

"Fantastic sparky, super knowledgeable and keen to please, was on-site for pretty much the whole day doing heaps of odd and very random jobs which required non standard fittings and methods to make it work for our needs, but all works perfectly and submitted with all the right docs we need! 10000% recommend and has stapled himself as our go to sparky!"

"Josh from Neon electrical is the epitome of what you want from a tradie who you trust to come into your help and help shape it. Neons high standards go well beyond the many other tradies I have engaged previously and Joshs' personable nature and faultless communication were the cherry on the top of what could have been a very stressful few hours as I am not a very trusting person and want to oversee every step of the way. And credit to him he didn't even flinch with all my annoying questions. Highly reccomend. I have even bought him into my industrial business to do commercial grade electrical work simply because of his work ethic."

"While Neon Electrical may be a new company, Josh is a very experienced electrician who I have been using for years. He offers great advice, is always punctual and gets stuck in getting the job done in a timely manner. His workmanship is excellent with a great attention to detail. When he says no job is too big or too small he means it. To name a few - he's changed every light, power point and switch in my entire house and also wall mounted TVs. Josh is a stand up guy who keeps the cost down as much as he can. Give him a try and I'm sure you won't be able to go back to anybody else. I geuinely can't recommend Neon Electrical highly enough."
