Responded to me quickly even though it was a busy time during lockdown. Did the job fast and was great to deal with. It was only a small job (fixing a washer in the cistern and clearing waste from our sink) so I appreciate his help.

"I contacted 4 different plumbers to quote for replacing our pipes from the road to our house - we were getting a strong metallic taste in our water and the pipes were original so we knew it was time to replace them. Tim not only provided the best quote but the most efficient solution too which didn't tear up our whole garden. He turned up on time, worked quickly and delivered an outstanding result, he even took the time to fix a leaky outdoor tap and fix our toilet seat which had wiggles loose.… I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and I recommend him to all our friends. He also left a little North Shore Plumbing toy truck for my son, which he loves, what a great guy! Thanks so much Tim!"

"Fantastic communication, service, and follow-up! Tim was really responsive, managed to talk a supplier into selling him a part (we needed) rather than the entire unit and fixed a broken seat as an added bonus. "Submitted enquiry via North Shore Plumbing's web site to repair / replace an outside tap. They responded within 15 minutes and provided a quote. Upon acceptance of the quoe, they emailed me to confirm the time that the job would be done on the same day as I reported it. They kept me informed throughout the process. I was very impressed with the responsiveness of their customer service and qualty of the work."

"The guys managed a total remodelling of an apartment, which included new bathroom, kitchen and laundry layout. They are reliable and their work is to a high standard, even down to minor details like stop valves, placement of s traps etc. I will be sure to use them again if I have another project."

"I have called Tim twice in the last fortnight to fix leaks in my flat, one the shower leaked into the wall & then the kitchen tap needed replacing. Commu I cation has been great and Tim has been very quick to get in and do the job. I have been very happy with his advice and he even takes photos of his work, which I am now able to use in an insurance claim on the leak damage. Tim was also quick to provide me a letter of the work he did for the insurance loss adjuster. North Shore Plumbing is… a trustworthy service, I will certainly be putting their number in my phone for future plumbing needs."

"Had Tim in earlier this year, did a fantastic job installing 2 new toilets and 2 new shower systems. Everything went according to plan, no surprises and no delays.
