"Tim has been working on our property for the last 6 years. He's incredibly smart, resourceful, honest and reliable. We have a relatively complex plumbing system and Tim is the only plumber that has really fully understood it. His expertise has been invaluable for us. He's not cheap but he is good value - you get what you pay for. Can't speak highly enough."

"Tim has been our plumber for approx the last 3 to 4 yrs completing numerous bathroom, kitchen, and laundry renovations which is what our company specialise in. Tim is always prompt , efficient and carries out a very high standard of workmanship on all of our jobs . Numerous clients and inspectors have commented on all of our subcontractors we engage to carry out our work and Tim is certainly a very key member of that team. I totally trust his judgement and the best thing i like is Tim does not… take short cuts or compromise himself by carry out sub standard work but the exact opposite and we are very happy to have him as part of our team as a subcontractor. I would have no hestitaion in recommending Tim as your plumber and you will get a reliable , quality job at a competitive rate from him thats for sure.

"Tim was sub-contracted by our builder who we engaged to complete our kitchen, bathroom & toilet renovations. We had been experiencing ongoing leaks with the alcathene pipes (black pipes) in our property for years. From our very first encounter with Tim even before the renovations actually started Tim came to our house to fix the leaking pipes and once the renovations started he was able to remove all the old piping and replace it with brand new pipes. The quality of his workmanship both… with the pipework and renovations was second to none. Tim always turned up on time, when he was due on site and was a really great guy to deal with. "Tim was amazing, offering assistance by phone to select the correct toilet for the space - due to stock and time limitations I think I called him 6 times. He was exceptionally patient and polite. "I contacted 4 different plumbers to quote for replacing our pipes from the road to our house - we were getting a strong metallic taste in our water and the pipes were original so we knew it was time to replace them. Tim not only provided the best quote but the most efficient solution too which didn't tear up our whole garden. He turned up on time, worked quickly and delivered an outstanding result, he even took the time to fix a leaky outdoor tap and fix our toilet seat which had wiggles loose.… I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again and I recommend him to all our friends. He also left a little North Shore Plumbing toy truck for my son, which he loves, what a great guy! Thanks so much Tim!"

"Submitted enquiry via North Shore Plumbing's web site to repair / replace an outside tap. They responded within 15 minutes and provided a quote. Upon acceptance of the quoe, they emailed me to confirm the time that the job would be done on the same day as I reported it. They kept me informed throughout the process. "I have called Tim twice in the last fortnight to fix leaks in my flat, one the shower leaked into the wall & then the kitchen tap needed replacing. Commu I cation has been great and Tim has been very quick to get in and do the job. I have been very happy with his advice and he even takes photos of his work, which I am now able to use in an insurance claim on the leak damage. Tim was also quick to provide me a letter of the work he did for the insurance loss adjuster. North Shore Plumbing is… a trustworthy service, I will certainly be putting their number in my phone for future plumbing needs."
