Jason Swanberg is the front-man for Bathrooms in Auckland and he was our first and main contact when dealing with this firm. He is a high-energy individual with a great can-do outlook and is relentlessly positive. After listening to us and discussing our ideas for our main and en suite bathrooms, he produced a detailed plan with a range of options for… fittings and layout, etc. This is just what we wanted because we weren't interested in traipsing around plumbing stores picking fittings -- he presented us with a range of options and we selected what we liked. Importantly for us, there was no pressure to up-sell more expensive options, and we immediately felt at ease with him.

Jason and his team got started straight away and progress was rapid. As the work proceeded various questions would come to mind about the renovation, but Jason invariably anticipated our queries and explained what was happening before we asked.

There was only one hitch in the whole process when a glass supplier took longer than expected to supply a custom-cut shower door, but this was not the fault of Jason. This is the only reason that the Reliability score is 90% and not 100%.

We highly recommend Bathrooms in Auckland and would definitely use Jason again. He is a very amiable and likable man who definitely makes you feel he is on your side to get the best outcome for your money. He was always available to discuss the job and always communicated what was going to happen and when it was going to happen."

Nothing was too much of a problem - even when we wanted to change a few items in the quote document - very professional and easy to see what was in the build and what wasn't.

The process was amazingly easy - it was all over in under 3 weeks for our family bathroom and second toilet! They kept our house tidy at the end of every day and… every tradie was professional and we were kept up to date of everything that was going on.

Even a road bump left from prior work done on the house was nothing for us to worry about - Jason handled it all for us and got it sorted.

The results are outstanding - we are so thrilled with our new bathroom and second toilet, the quality and standard of finishing is very high. And all for a competitive price - top quality, top job.
