"Matt & Nick arrived on the appointed day and discussed the job with us. Matt was the principal electrician onsite and worked diligently over the course of two days to get the work done. I was really impressed at how he did all the work without disrupting anyone in the office. Matt was a really nice guy and consulted with me on the work being done to ensure it was what we wanted. I highly recommend Northern Lights Electrical to anyone looking for a professional and timely job to be done. "As chair of a Bodycorp for a mid-sized block of units. We had several companies and solo electricians quote to supply and fit security/safety lighting for our property. John from Northern Lights was extremely patient and professional in our dealings. Because we had to go through committee process the project took considerably longer than would often be the case and we had many (possibly silly) questions and requests. In the end we had some last minute changes due to close neighbours.

All of these issues were handled with aplomb. The gentlemen who carried out the work were friendly and more than professional. The work carried out to an impeccable standard. The price was absolutely on par with others who I'm certain would not have delivered to the same high standard.

Further, when there was a small issue uncovered (due to some previous poor workmanship) which couldn't be solved on the scheduled work day, the team came back, unbeknownst to me on the next business day. This, despite a schedule which should have seen them tied up for at least a week, to resolve the issue.

I can't speak highly enough of John, Libby and his team.

Update: October 2020 - We have just had the Northern Lights team out again to take on a considerably larger job, the full replacement of our power board. The full team worked around the clock, literally through the night to get this complex job completed. This dedication meant the 18 units were without power for a touch over 24 hours, instead of several days. I cannot thank the team enough. Libby handled the preparation (wrangling 18 sets of owners and tenants to arrange meter shifting and notice of power outage). The full team worked hard, above and beyond what I expected. The remained friendly and helpful the entire time. I can't recommend them highly enough! If you need electrical work done. Just call them!"

"We had Hannes from Northern Lights come and get our house prepared for Chorus to complete their fibre work. This involved running the fibre cable in our roof down to our TV. He also repaired some broken ducting. He was super helpful and let us know exactly what was happening. Would totally recommend again."
