100%"Johnny pays lots of attention to the details in work prepration as well as finishing up. He built a deck for me and was willing to go extra miles to help sourcing the hard wood deck timbers and deck painting oils vs. costs.
His service was lump sum rather day rate also helps with budget control that may potentially overrun due to uncontrollable or unforseen factors.
He was also willing to help accesss other work around the house and gave advice for DIY.

He's painted the outside of our two storey house, did weatherboard repairs, re-hung a number of interior doors, Gib-lined and plastered a room and more. He was always available to perform small or big jobs alike, not leaving us stranded with smaller jobs. Johnny also did other small jobs such as trimming off the bottom of a door that I had couldn’t close after having vinyl laid.
