"Hi everyone, Maryjane is one of the people you would want to avoid in life. For clear communication here is the situation. Mary was told over the phone a estimate of $700+GST labour charge to carry out the work. This work already included us testing her gas line and infinity as per her request which we had already been carried out at this stage. Mary then gave the approval to buy a $460 Hob for her and for us to collect it as she was out of town. We completed the job to a high standard which she states in her review and tenent also said. We gave her a discount on gas cert of $30 off + $158 off the hob appliance. We did not charge for any labour on the apprentice (3rd year) and just charged out standard rates for our Gasfitter. She received the invoice that was consistant with our estimate and then before even discussing the invoice, Mary posted this comment. Completly blindsided us and told us that she then only wanted to pay $700 total. (including the Gas hob which we collected and paid for). I believe she posted on here to give us a bad review so she could use it as leverage to blackmail us by shaming publically to get her way. In the end she paid 85% of the invoice and told us to F# off over email. I highly recommend all trades people to stay away from her as she admitted to already having issues with two other builders vire email just today. Clearly she has an issue with paying hardworking trades people. Take care everyone and please communicate clearly about expectations and charges. "What started as a shower replacement turned into a full bathroom renovation due to damage from leaks and initial poor workmanship. Logan pulled a team together, builders, tiler, plasterer, electrician to take the pressure off me and the result is a beautiful new bathroom. "Logan from Parris plumbing has recently completed a large re-pipe on our 380sqm home renovation. We also required him to convert our hot water cylinders to instantaneous gas. One thing I found with Logan is that he likes to work with quality materials and brands. We ended up going with his suggestions and 6 months on we are very glad we decided to spend the extra on top of the range fittings. His workmanship was of high quality and he worked very efficiently. Honest and reliable and explained… any variations clearly so we didn't have any surprises with the final invoice."

"I have used Parris Plumbing few times and they have always done a great job. The last time I engaged them, I had a problem with the water pressure due to the issue with Water Care and Tom from Parris Plumbing handled it for me extremely well. He had not only investigated the problem but subsequently called the Water Care and got them to come on site the same day (anyone who has ever dealt with them knows that it takes days before they show up). Afterward, he also made sure that everything… worked fine and helped me to get the full refund of the invoice.

I find the Parris Plumbing team to be punctual, reliable and very professional. I will definitely continue using them in the future and sincerely recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber and wants a hassle free plumbing experience."

"Dave turned up when we expected, was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He offered good advice, and did a fantastic job. Our spa bath wasn't working, Dave sorted out the problem very quickly and fixed it. We are so happy with it now. He also replaced an old shower for us, and my mum is delighted with it.

"This is the fourth time I have parris do plumbing work around our home.Every time they have done an excellent job promptly.On this occassion we had a blocked toilet after a long weekend.Originally we were told they couldnt get there for a couple of days which we were happy with.However a couple of hours later they contacted us to say they had time that day!
I thought it worth reporting that the service is maintained at a high level.Moreover I could pay the bill electronically from the… invoice.Very cool!

.Now if I could just get them to run my power and broadband!"

"I rang for a job and was lucky to have the guys onsite 30 minutes later. The job was to fix a kitchen sink blockage, small leak, and sort out a badly installed set of pipes. The guys figured out what they needed to, grabbed the parts, sorted the leak and left the plumbing under the sink considerably better designed than it was to start with. Very happy with the job. The guys were polite and tidy as well."

"We contacted Logan and he agreed to give a quotation and advised that there will be no charge for the first visit.
After we decided to get the job done from another plumber he then decided to send us an invoice.
So be careful of contacting this person/ company as they are deceitful. We will never ever recommend this company for anybody."

"Hi Jan , I think you have got it incorrect from the start!. You called us to hurry out to your job as the tiler had already finished and you wanted the work done. You were advised by myself that we were very busy at the present time and could not price the job. You wanted us to come and check that the plumbing you had your tiler do was ok. After I went through the job with you and showed you everything that required to change. I then said we could come the next day to carry out the work you agreed to. Two hours after this you called my office to cancel as you said you will get some else (tiler) to do the work. I personally think that we are in the right to charge you for wasting our time and asking of our knowledge then turn your back on us. To me this is deceitful. I personally wouldn't recommend any tradesman go to this mans house or you will not get paid and your time wasted. "
