About us
We are a smallish building business that does new homes, renovations, property maintenance, decks etc. We aim to make the project fun and not stressful. We are very user friendly, and can easily guide customers through the project, by organising drawings, building consent, if required, also by assisting with advice for suppliers and subcontractors. We will do a program for the project, to assist with timing of subcontractors, and procurement of fittings etc. We will get quotes on a customers behalf, collate them and present them for approval, manage the subcontractors through the project, vet the invoices to make sure work has been completed as per their quote, plus to an acceptable standard. We will provide a budget for the project if required. All work is guaranteed, and we are not finished until the customer is happy. We have a large pool of suppliers and subcontractors that we have long term relationships with. If you use us for your project, you are under no obligation to use these subcontractors. You can use whoever you prefer. I assure you, you will enjoy the process, and be very happy with the end result.
