    "Absolutely will never use these people again. In the process of relocating a piano they caused hundreds of dollars of damage to the piano and were incredibly argumentative about reimbursal for the repairs, despite admitting it was their fault. Virtually had to take court action to get it out of them. Had to pay someone else to finish the job as they were too incompetent to move the piano to its final location in the lounge."
