Recently, Nathan and Peter came over to do a full re-pipe, and they worked out that new routes would be better than trying to follow the old pipe routes. There was a lot of good problem-solving going on and, amongst other benefits, this resulted in less damage/opening up of walls and ceilings than I had feared. They were also onsite… for a slightly shorter period than anticipated. It wasn't cheap, but it was a great job and we are very pleased with it."

I phone Plumbquick and spoke to the call centre person who said that the plumber would be at my place before 12.00 midday.

Ronal and… another plumber turned up around 11.30 am and replaced both valves. I was so relieved and grateful that they arrived that day. Ronal replaced both valves, and I decided that since my cylinder was 25 years old with a lot of rusty sediment in it that it would be best to replace the HWC. Ronal gave me a quote which I accepted. I

I received a txt from Ronal on Tuesday 4/10 to say the new HWC was on its way, and he could install on Thursday 8.30 ish.

The new HWC was installed this morning 6/10 !!!!

My first encounter with Ronal was unreal. (One day there was cold water, running, in our kitchen and bar, the following days NOTHING. Our Chairman suggested to check the tap outside, but I honestly forgot to. Ronal checked up in the ceilings, pipes, d/stairs cellar area, EVERYWHERE. 20mins later, he giggled, "YESSSSS.....", then told me,… "someone is playing with taps outside"...yup, where our Chairman said....So I didn't look like the incompetent fool, Ronal wrote a $5 tool was needed to fix the problem...YAYYYYYY.

I/we needed "help" again, because the pipe where the water was being turned off was leaking AND our Mobility toilet was blocked. BOOOOOMMMM, done in Ronal SUPERQUICKPLUMBING style.

I now have his card AND will always 100% be calling Ronal, if we need a PLUMBER. Don't let this guy go, he must definitely be an ASSET to your company.

Will be recommending him to friends and whanau.

Clear communication about the timing of the visit and Kane called ahead to make sure we would be home.

Efficient fault identification to the Incinkerator and not the dishwasher as I had thought :o) Clear about timing and pricing for a replacement unit and didn't even hesitate to also fix the leaking tap.
