"Great communication - they were available to complete the job as required. Met on site to discuss requirements. Very tidy work! Progress pictures every day. They made a really nice job of our fence on a difficult sloping section. Would highly recommend!"

"Wills, Elram the team at Prolific Homes completed a large deck install at my home in Grey Lynn in September 2023.
After giving them the brief initial brief I received an accurate, itemized and fully transparent quote from them. Work commenced and progressed at an impressive rate. Halfway through the job we wanted to extend the deck surface area. We received a prompt quote to extend the job to our specifications.
A bit of bad weather hindered the job, but when the weather cleared the team turned up and absolutely smashed the job over in record time.
My wife and I are absolutely stoked with the result and Prolific Homes over delivered on the job.
The entire team was respectful, on time and treated my property with upmost respect.
One thing I was really liked was that they did not just make decisions on the fly and did what was easiest for them. If any issues arose, they downed tools, got in touch and a gave options for how to proceed and what result we wanted from the job.
After finishing to our specifications there were a few tweaks that needed to be done. No problems here.
Great to see young men with the upmost pride in their work and a commitment to ensure that the client is fully satisfied.
I have another job lined up for the future and there is no other business I would look at to complete the job.
Prolific Homes are an excellent, efficient company who I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality and honesty in the construction trade.

"From the moment we engaged Prolific Homes, we were met with nothing but the best service. Both Wilz and Elram's communication was top tier. The team were very professional and well presented. They provided a very clear and concise proposal and felt confident that we were in good hands.
Come to installation of the fence, the boys 100% exceeded my expectation, both the high quality finishing and speed of execution.
It's safe to say, we have found the builder company we would use on all future our projects. Bloody legends. 10/10"

"We got Elram to construct a boundary fence which needed to comply with swimming pool requirements. It was on a difficult sloping site and the new fence was needed to replace an existing fence which did not comply. Elram was very communicative from the get go: from quoting, timeframes and construction he always kept us informed. All of this was at a very competitive price. We had some problems with the council after construction (nothing to do with Elram) and Elram was more than happy to come back and deal with these issues at very short notice. I highly recommend Elram and even though it was just a fence Elram is a LBP so is more than capable to take on a range of building work."
