"If I ever need to install an air conditioner again, Protech Solution Electrical Ltd will be my only choice.
In today’s market, while competitive pricing is important, I believe the human touch matters even more. I inquired with several companies before making a decision. Most of them either required a deposit before scheduling or gave me a quote that kept adding up—extra costs for piping, extra fees for second-story access, and so on.
Protech Solution Electrical Ltd was different. They gave me a straightforward, all-inclusive fixed price. No deposit was needed, just a confirmation to book the job. I loved the fixed price model because it meant no hidden costs and, most importantly, no nasty surprises on the final bill.
The service attitude was outstanding. The installer was friendly and very respectful. I am quite particular about the unit being perfectly level, and he was patient enough to measure it repeatedly with a tape measure until I was completely satisfied. He took his shoes off when entering, and after the installation, he cleared away all the rubbish and vacuumed the area. Details really determine success, and their attention to detail was impressive.
What amazed me the most was when he noticed a broken circuit breaker in my MCB (switchboard). He happened to have a spare one and replaced it for me for free! He even checked the condition of the rest of the board. This was a fantastic value-added service—I felt like I got double the service for the price of one.

"I had Protech Solution Electrical install heat pumps at my home last year, and I was very impressed with their service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me great advice to help choose the most suitable heat pumps for my house. Their suggestions helped me save money and improve energy efficiency. I have also used them before to fix a power issue and to install extractor fans in my bathroom to meet Healthy Homes standards for rental compliance. They completed the jobs quickly and efficiently, saving me a lot of time. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable team to install heat pumps or complete electrical work."

5 months agoHeaded into the Island bar in Papamoa last Friday and the venue was very busy, and no doubt keeping the Protech team busy. Despite that, we received a warm welcome and a friendly greeting at the door. The guards looked well-presented in their uniforms and it’s refreshing to see how Protech operate compared with their competitors in the industry, whose guards seem to be ‘all muscle’ with limited people skills. Thanks Protech for creating a comfortable environment to enjoy a beer or two.
