"Ben arrived on time to assess the job and showed ingenuity in the solution he recommend. Liv provided excellent communication always tx the night before advising arrival time and what was planned to be done that day. Being an outside job there were minor delays due to weather however good comms again helped. They had tidy equipment and always cleaned up. I was pleased with the final result and it came in at a reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in recommending them."

"We asked Ben to install an Englefield bidet seat for us. The requirements in NZ are pretty hardcore when it comes to backflow prevention, and Ben was up front about the importance of following the rules. He was also open about the fact that we could probably find someone to do the job who wouldn't be a stickler for the regs (and so would do it for much less).
I got good vibes from Ben and Liv, and appreciated his transparency. I was very pleased with how tidily and efficiently the job was… done. Would absolutely call on Ben and the team again when we need plumbing."

" Very happy with the job they did, installing a new hot water cylinder and fitting a tap in bathroom.
Ben was the original contact who priced the job and two other plumbers did the installation. They were polite and accommodating and easy to have working in the house and I have no hesitation recommending them to all."

"Ben initially came to see our leaking pipes/cylinder. he shuffled around other appointments so that he could come and see our problem. This was greatly appreciated as it was an emergency.
He returned on the following day with Cardiff to work on the problem. They both proved to be very reliable, trustworthy, and are an absolute credit to the plumbing trade. My wife and I found them to be very polite, they explained everything as they went and did not assume that we were unable to understand… the problem.

I would highly recommend Ben and his plumbers, as we have had nothing but a positive experience with them."

"Both Ben and Califf did some plumbing work at my home, leaking pipes and toilet. They are an absolute credit to the plumbing profession. Fair pricing, fast, efficient and left the work areas clean on all occasions. Besides their excellent workmanship, what also stood out was their manners, they are polite and friendly and were a pleasure to deal with.

"We got Ben in to look at organising the plumbing for our kitchen we needed renovating after purchasing our apartment. Ben came up with some great ideas to upgrade our kitchen. His

"We had a problem with the plumbing in our kitchen which had not been done properly since we had bought our house. Ben came and spent the time finding out what was wrong. "Ben has done multiple work at my house since I first asked him to unblock my kitchen sink. Later I had issues with block water pump from my water tank. He fixed the pump and replaced some items on the block cistern on all toilet. He also recommended a tank cleaning company to clean my water tank. I also asked him to install leaves diverter on all the downpipe. The latest job he has done for me is reseal my leaky shower. Not only does a good job solving the issue but he has neat and tidy… workmanship. Definitely will use him again and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone."

"Ben at Pumped up Plumbing helped us design our dream bathroom and kitchen, we sort of knew what we wanted but were very hesitant when it came to the arrangement and selection of fittings. Ben walked us through the entire process effortlessly and suggested certain aspects we had never even thought of and managed to make it work with our budget and, in my opinion it’s transformed the whole house. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome! He was very tidy and was very respectful of our… neighbours who can be hard work at times. I would highly recommend Ben and we will definitely be using him again for our next house."

"Pumped up Plumbing helped us with our third kitchen renovation! (We were never really happy with the layout or fixtures we had previously chosen - that we DIY'd). Ben helped us the whole way through the process, from suggesting design ideas and colours, getting a Sparky in to do the electrical work, right through to the end. He was efficient and great at communicating, especially when we changed our minds multiple times throughout the process. Couldn't reccommend him more!"
