"We engaged Quality Build to carry out renovations on our 1970s home.
The works included upgrading existing subsoil drainage, retrofitting and waterproofing existing block walls, and installing an external wooden retaining wall and two flights of stairs. They also installed internal walls and a bathroom, re-cladded one external wall, and sourced and fitted double-glazed joinery.
Nathan helped us through the planning phase and the various variations and contract options. Upon signing our… contract, Nathan appointed his sight manager, Richard, and the team went into action.

Nathan sourced and managed drain layers, electricians, block layers, plasters and decorators as required. All of the above services worked seamlessly with the building team and a roofing & flooring subcontractor we had engaged individually.

We will definitely use Nathan and his team again if required. With their attention to detail and regular communication, we completed our reservation within the agreed budget and timeframe."

"Nathan's crew was amazing to deal with he was on time, the boys came in demoed my kitchen within a couple of hours. The boy cleaned up and tidy. I needed some more help with a plasterer at the last minute, Nathan organised a plaster in the next day who came and sorted it out for me. "Job well done, on time, in full, very happy with the quality and surprised with the amount of communication offered, Hayden sent updates every Friday...summarizing the weeks progress and the programme for the week commencing.
Very impressed Haydens diligence, at no stage did it feel out of hand and as building relative issues inevitably became apparent, they were practically resolved.
The site was occupied by a large family of all ages during the build and they keep it tidy, safe and… tolerated many requests.....even closing the gate endlessly to keep the dogs in.

"I worked with Nathan and his team over the last few months on a complete kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs renovation, (pretty much 80% of the house had some work done). I am so happy I did my due diligence and ended working with Quality Build. Right from the start his team were punctual, friendly and hardworking. I threw some curveballs into the plan every now and again mid stream (sorry Jono) but they were absolutely fine working with me to make sure my dreams were realised. Nathan would take… me through exactly what my changes would cost and the timeline ramifications, and we would make decisions from there.

"I work in construction and I know it's not easy to find a builder that cares about what he does. I found him by chance and it was clear at the first meeting we had that the relationship will work. And it did, Nathan replaced most of our windows and put insulation in our walls. Extra works had to be done but all was reasonable in term of programme and additional cost. Nathan really kept on top of things letting us know what was going on. I definitely recommend him and will re-use him again!!"

"After being let down by two builders we contacted Nathan and he was great. Within a day we had a time arranged for quoting and after deciding to go ahead we were kept in the loop the whole time. "Wow! Thank you very much for the fast and professional manner you undertook replacement of our living room windows.

Getting scaffold up on day 1, glass out, remedial work and final measure on day 2 and glass back in on day 3 must be a record of some sort.

Even though it was fully scaffolded, working 6 metres in the air could not have been easy, especially with the trek round the building complex.

Happy to give verbal references to prospective customers if you ever need them.

"Working with Nathan, Hayden and Matt was an absolute pleasure. They did 3 pieces of work so I experienced a variety of their capabilities. Nathans engagement was professional, knowlegeable and most importantly honest and efficient. I found the charges extremely reasonable, the estimates never went over budget and the team were polite and always left my house at the end of the day extremely livable - even though I was in a construction site. In 1 month they changed out 5 windows in my… Kitchen and Master Bedroom changing the profile of one window in my Master. They then built a Pergola over my courtyard that looks as if it was always there and lastly did a renovation in my Master, Toilet and Bathroom. Nathan organised trades as I needed but was just as happy for me to involve tradies that I knew. Nathan's communication throughout the process was faultless everything was delivered on time and too budget with minimal disruption to my life.

I would highly recommend working with Nathan and his team and every sub trade that he introduced me to was of the same quality."

He listened to our needs, efficiently communicated in person, by phone and by email, and was able to project manage the job smoothly with multiple providers including painters, plasterers, plumbers and electricians. This was actually enough for us not to look for other quotes! We then went overseas for 2 months and trusted our house to Nathan and his team to execute the tasks planned. During the project, a lot of areas that also needed doing were uncovered, and after our OKs, Nathan's team did all the tasks we asked for,… with zero fuss.
