100%"My wifi was driving me up the wall, it was hopeless!
We have recently had fibre finally connected to our house and the connection was at a different point to the old copper wiring. The TV worked magnificently but my desk top computer, in the home office, was hopeless even with an extender device.
I looked on the No Cowboys website and found Dennis, he already had excellent reviews and didn't live too far away. Dennis is excellent with his communication, he arrived when he said he would, found… out the problem, sent me a quote with 3 different options. He sorted out my wifi the following week. He is extremly tidy and thorough, even following up to make sure everything was ok.

During this COVID19 Alert Level 4, the best way to obtain IT assistance is to be done remotely. 100%"I had problems with internet connection dropping and very poor WiFi signal in my house. Several people tried sorting it out but it was just wasting money. Then Dennis explained several cost-effective options to get good internet connectivity across the whole house. He installed option I opted for and since then I have no internet issues.
