"Our priorities were to find a renovator that was straight up, no nasty surprizes, that would listen to me. Jozef and his team didn’t give me any unexpected bills, they finished within the original time and budget. Yes, as aways, there were things added and unexpected challenges, but we worked through these and discussed costs.
There were no large, unexpected bills!
Jozef was great to work with, always trying to keep the customer happy and very focused on following best practices. Although we had a tiny bathroom to renovate, we were still given the same care and attention of a larger build. His tradies were always friendly, helpful and listened to me. I remember when the electrician was here just how well the sparkie, me and the builders worked together as a team – it was great to see.
If you are looking for a renovator who will do a great job at a fair price I would definitely recommend Rebicon."

"If you are looking for the best building company in Auckland, then look no further because you’ve found it with Rebicon! Jozef &his team are true craftsmen who take pride in all aspects of their workmanship! They listened to what I wanted & suggested design enhancements to create a magnificent wrap around deck for my home. This expanded my living space & created an indoor/outdoor flow, adding a great deal of value to the property. The job was not an easy one as the site has very limited access, height issues & many other challenges, but the Rebicon Team worked through them all with minimal disrupt to my life & my neighbors. Using quality materials, they were fast & efficient, making sound recommendations where needed to ensure strength & longevity. Jozef kept me informed of developments on a daily basis, providing detailed explanations, while also motivating his team so they met the completion date. The building team were not only great at their craft, but they were also polite & courteous, leaving the site clean & tidy after each day. I am beyond THRILLED with my new deck & feel blessed that I found Rebicon to help me through. It wasn’t cheap, quality never is, but it was worth every penny! "Jozef and his team were FANTASTIC! Jozef inspired faith in me from the start with his clear understanding of the building code and his suggestions of what needed to be done. The job was to rebuild my decks after the terrible workmanship of another builder. The difference in skill level, professionality and outcome was enormous. I now have 2 beautiful decks that are compliant with the building code, are built with correct materials, are stable and have good water drainage. All 3 in the team were reliable, pleasant, hard-working, had high understanding of the code and great skills at building. Jozef was transparent about costs. I would definitely recommend Rebicon"

"Jozef and his team come to replace quite few damaged weather boards, and repair some damaged frame as well, he is very knowledgeable, got some good ideals to resolve the problems. Some of his work totally exceed my expectation.
Although the weather was not helping, plus quite few unexpected situations, they have managed to get through to complete. As per his advised the decks have been replaced as well. Also few other repairing jobs and painting jobs have been added as well later. Jozef kept me updated regarding the progress daily base.
It has been stressful to deal with the weather and unexpected situations, I am so pleased it has been completed. Jozef also provided me with written warranty on their work.
I appreciated their time and effort to repair my house, pleased to see the result"

"To say that we are thrilled with the renovation that Jozef and his team completed on our house in Titirangi is an understatement. He took on a big job which had extremely tight deadlines as we needed to move in just a few weeks after settlement. The house needed extensive repairs and renovations, including a new bathroom to make it liveable. The project was completed on time and on budget, with no surprises.

From the very start and throughout the entire project, Jozef had fantastic communication and always followed through on what he said he would do. He is a pleasure to deal with, with a positive attitude and always a smile and cheerful outlook.

He managed all of the tradespeople and made sure all work was carried out to a high standard. He came up with a clever solution to strengthen our spiral staircase and make it look beautiful with wooden laminate, and went above and beyond to make our bathroom extra special. It's obvious he genuinely cares about his clients.

This could have been a very difficult and stressful project, and we are so thankful that we had Jozef to manage it for us. His team are a pleasure to have around and were always very considerate, tidying up after themselves at the end of each day and keeping a tidy site.

"We used Rebicon to reinstate our 80 year old house before painting. There was a lot of windows and general maintenance, timber repairs etc needed. They displayed a real style of craftmanship, completely in keeping in character with the house. They were regular, easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile to satisfy. "100% recommend using Rebicon for any of your building/renovation needs. Jozef and the team renovated my bathroom after water damage caused by a burst pipe. Even though it was during the busiest time of the year getting close to end of year and the job was fairly big with all walls, floors and adjoining room impacted, Jozef made it work so I could use the bathroom again before Christmas. He was very knowledgeable, recommended the right things and discovered other issues during the works which he was able to fix as well. I was really grateful for his suggestions and finding ways to finish the job on a budget. He was reliable and always on time. Communication was great and I was impressed with the workmanship. Jozef and the team kept the place clean and tidy during the job. "Jozef and his gang of 2 solved out impending flooding problem to our downstairs rooms which are fully carpeted. They had to dig out and create a fall back to the cesspit which was quite a distance. Everthing was done as Jozef said it would be and the project finished on time and within the quote he gave us. Very Happy with Jozefs work and would highly recommend him for any drainage problems. Jozef has other skills in building block laying and other areas. We did not need that kind of work but I am sure he would be excellent in those fields too. Big thanks to Jozef and team and now feel safe when it rains."

"Rebicon Ltd did a fantastic job for us installing three outdoor roof canopies above sliding doors at our rental property. We pre-purchased the canopies and delivered, and engaged Rebicon Ltd to install them for us.

We're really pleased with the end result, and with the quality of the work. The work site was left tidy and the team were very respectful of our tenant.

Communication was great, with Jozef responding to emails promptly, arriving to quote on time, and starting and finishing the job when promised, to fit in with our tenant. We emailed the product information and installation instructions through to Jozef as part of the quoting process. He arrived on site with copies of the information, giving us confidence that the work would be completed according to the product specifications.

"We have had Jozef complete a fence project out the back and that went so well we took him on for a large deck project.
