I have a large house with roof windows and a glass pool fence and I know it would take me more than a day to clean, so I expected him to show up with a couple of extra hands... he didn't. I use a machine imported from UK and a method of cleaning that leaves carpets and upholstery clean and dry.
I'm naturally very fussy bordering on OCD! So I always make it a habit to leave a customers property knowing I've done the best job possible.
