    "Please do not use this company, absolute nightmares, and i have spoken to multiple other customers that feel the same.

    Purchased a preloved house that was in great condition, they moved it to site 5th Aug, first rain showed it severely leaked on 18th Aug, nothing done about it, battled for the next 7 months to get it lowered so the issue could be fixed. in the meantime, severe water damage and black mould growth has occurered. further 3 months later, no apology although accepted liability,… but have left the house part stripped, still wet and mould untreated, and no perceived addressing further. it has been an absolute battle. the whole interior requires rebuilding.

    another battle was trying to obtain paperwork for their restricted building work.

    they have breached many sections of both consumer guarantees and Building Acts. STAY CLEAR!!!    "

    "We're in the process of moving a house onto our life-style block to join onto an existing workers' cottage. 8 months ago we bought a house from RHL House Movers in Hamilton. 7 weeks ago they finally delivered it, but it is still sitting on temporary piles. My experience with this company has been one of excuses, poor communication and promised dates cancelled. While the house was in their care, weather tore windows from frames and glass was broken. Nothing was done to keep the house secure and… dry. We painted the house while it was on the flat site of their yard, only to have it tagged by vandals. No care was provided during this time. Sometimes the perfect house belongs to people you don't want to deal with. Include these in the contract or buy elsewhere."
