"We called on RHM Construction to help us renovate our bathroom — from design and demolition of the old bathroom, stripping the existing GIB, framing to the new layout, plasterboarding, and supervising sub-contractors including an electrician, plumber, tiler, and decorator.
Rob proved to be an invaluable resource throughout the project. He communicated clearly about what needed to be done, and building code compliance was fully maintained. As a building consent was required, Rob handled every step of the process with the Auckland Council and inspectors smoothly and without any issues.
During the demolition phase, we discovered a small leak that had damaged the subfloor and required replacement. Once again, Rob's expertise helped minimise the impact of this unexpected extra cost, and he managed to keep the work on schedule without any disruption to the overall project timeline.
Our only regret is not having found Rob sooner — we would certainly have used his services when we extended our house."
