"Hi there,
Gosh! where to start...from the time I applied on Roof Repairs website November 2019 to this day he has kept in contact with me.
Just for a quote then contacting me asap I was impressed. Then meeting up with Reece at my home we had a talk then he was up on my roof inspecting it, saying just needs a few repairs replace fixings, rust treat and re seal flashings where needed replace cleat sheet on my garage. Then having to paint my house and garage roof and the garage door, I couldn't… pick the right colour but Reece gave me good advice and I went with it.

I can't speak highly enough of Reece and Alec for their advice and their professionalism in everything they done for us. I would defiantly recommend them to my friends and whanau....Once again, thank you's so much Reece n Alec"

"We hired Auckland roof repair specialist to come down to Rotorua to do our roof,we choose this company as we had heard about the quality of workmanship through friends.We were not disappointed,a team of two came down and done the roof in two days with no problems.We are very happy with the job and highly recommend them."

"A friend of ours had recommended me and my husband to engage roof repair specialists to take on our re roof project in Parnell.
From calling on a Friday was delighted to find Reece was able to meet with us the following day! We received quotation on Monday. With been very prompt and a good understanding of what was needed in our project. We accepted the job to have done within the next 8 weeks. Just a bit over 8 weeks later Reece and his team of 4 get stuck in. After 5 days of sun and… rain the job was completed.

"Good experience. Met with them at a Trade Show - they were actually the Company who had just re-done my neighbours roof so I had seen they work first hand. Got a quote to me quickly, got an amendment to me based on changes I wanted quickly. Supplies arrived, the workers arrived, they did the job quickly and well. It rained heavily for 2-days after so I was able to check out the workmanship in the loft cavity first hand.
Only issue would be communication - it was always a bit last minute.… Weather was bad so I assumed they wouldn't show up - had to call to confirm.

Overall, very happy, would recommend them."

"Very poor service. Will not do business again.
I picked the company due to good first impression. However upon paying the deposit, I was hurried to decide on the colour of my roof but no samples were ever given. I was informed that samples will be dropped off immediately. None came but I was hurried the next day for a decision. I blindly picked a colour.
When the roof arrived, it was the wrong one but a discount was offered.
Part way through the job, I was asked for a progress payment.… Whilst this was never discussed, I paid out in good faith.

Fourth, my internal ceiling linings were punctured but the business owner denied liability alleging that it was a construction defect/flaw of my property.

Fifth, I had complaints from my tenants about behaviour of the representatives of the business.

Finally when we were in dispute, I requested that my wife not be contacted. This request was not respected.
