    "Initially we were told that it would take one day to install a new set of french doors and a new window, and that after the final measure it would take 3 weeks to manufacture the windows. I rang them 2 weeks after the measure to arrange installation and I got the impression that they had forgotten our job and hadn't started making them. We had to keep chasing them to get a final install date.
    When they did come at the beginning of March, they were unable to complete the job due to a defect… in one of the glass panels, but they also failed to do two other things as well. In the end the job was finished at the end of March after two more visits, and weekly phone calls to chase up progress. Communication needs a lot improvement in this company.    "
