"Marvellous, Dave was great, witty and willing to please. He arrived when he said he would and operated in a safe manner which was great to see. The first job was an awkward kick board replacement which was executed perfectly and the 2nd job was 2 very rotten barge boards - which is a difficult job , other builders had said nah ! He did a perfect job and cleaned up after he'd finished. Well done . I have no hesitation referring him and would call him again for any jobs around the house. His… humour was great too - a happy tradie :-)"

"Dave and Dave from Sail City visited my home to replace rotten vanity unit in my ensuite. They gave me a free quote and were very professional, timely and efficient. I have used contractors in the past and have found it has been stressful. So am very happy to have discovered these guys. "We got Dave and is crew to fix a leak in the kitchen of our rental property ,the water had blown the particle board and made a real mess of the floor , these guys came over no fussing around ,fixed the leak, ripped out the kitchen cupboards , repaired the floor area , replaced the the bottom shelving , remade the cupboard doors that had blown out at the bottom edge , matched and repainted , great job thanks guys "

"We needed a new kitchen in our rental, Dave and his guys came over and installed a new Kaboodle (Bunnings) kitchen including benches, sink, taps and a complete repaint all at a very reasonable price. They also gave us some good pointers on keeping our ongoing costs in the rental down. We highly recommend them."

"We had new carpet installed and the doors no longer fitted. We contacted Sail City and they sent a small team who shortened all our doors. They work perfectly now. We also got them to fix the broken window stays on our bungalow windows and
they all work properly now. Thanks Sail City we will see you next time something needs doing!!"

"Dave came to alter a ceiling and do some general repairs.
He was friendly and explained the process. The workmanship was great, very pleased with the result.
