"Deciding to use Shamrock Reroofing for getting a new roof on our house was the best decision. Not only did they price the job extremely competitive, they also stuck to the dates and times they said they would do the work. The crew who did the job consisted of three super friendly and motivated guys who did get stuck in from the first minute to the last. Along the way, they also cleaned up after themselves very neatly. "Brooke's team of roofers just replaced the roof of my 100 year+ bungalow and it looks great! They even replaced a few pieces of old guttering for me where there were leaks. And, they cleaned the facia boards. I'm a picky customer! I requested some additional details to be attended to before the job was completed. Brooke personally did much of the finishing work and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. You can't beat that kind of commitment to customer satisfaction."

"Bit of a delay due to the worst wet summer in auckland but to me shows caution as the there were insufficent consective days of good weather to start job. Once weather okay after the cyclone, job done in 2 days. The guys were friendly and professional. Good job and all rubbish tottally removed. Good price too. Happliy reccomend."

"As soon as the lock down eased, the Shamrock Roofing Limited crew came to our property. For over a week, a team of four hardworking, highly synchronized, punctual, respectful of the premises, undertook a challenging re-roofing.
It means that we had time to assess the skills and reliability of the company as well as the friendliness and commitment of the well-grounded squad, Charlie, Greg, Israel, and Robert.
This also applies to the scaffolding company they work along with Jason as the leader.
Our roof is a beauty. No deposit was required. The place was left thoroughly spotless. Nobody should hesitate to call on them.

Delays starting the job were probably more the fault of Auckland weather, but it still made co-ordinating other workers difficult.
They made every effort to keep the site clean and tidy throughout and exercised care around animals which was appreciated.

"Don't use this company if you want the job done within a specific time, they are useless at communication and we waited 2 months over the expected start date, with little communication about progress of the job

Work was of good standard and the actual roofers were pleasant people.

Very unorganised company but happy when the job finally completed, however we realise now that the quote was expensive for the 2.5 days it actually took them to do the work."

"Shamrock Reroofing Ltd were recommended to me by another person on Waiheke Island who has had a fabulous experience with this company. Well I can only say he was so right.
The four guys who came to reroof our 100yr old villa did an amazing job. They gave a time and date they would turn up and did, they were fast and meticulous, took pride in their work and have made our villa look amazing. The guys themselves, Greg McLoughlin, Fili Tolai, Louis Tolai and Cedrick Toru were polite, totally trustworthy and good honest workers. I would not have any hesitation in recommending this company on the calibre of these guys. They even swept outside the back door which I can't even get my husband to do. Incredible is how I would describe this firm with good old fashioned honesty. Well done Shamrock."

"Top notch service! What a great guy to deal with. I rang in the morning after we found a leak through the roof. He said they were flat out busy but he could come have a look later that day. That afternoon he arrived and found a problem promptly and fixed it! (Note that I had had another tradesman investigate the leak last week and they couldn't find anything). To top everything off, he did not charge me anything for the job and said 'Merry Christmas'. Merry Christmas indeed to Shamrock Reroofing!"

"Theres lots of cowboys out there in roofing often young blokes who underprice older more established companies such as ACR. these young guns often fail to deliver and/or end up going out of business in a short time when they have to return to do fixups or pay their tax on their income whichever comes soonest.
I would happily recommend ACR. longterm established company with regular staff who work well together.
I have used ACR several times on different jobs, for flashings and complete re-roofs, happily. Their accounts system is always clear and up to date.

"I was mucked around as to when my job was going to be completed. I was advised when I booked that the job would be 5 - 6 weeks away however when that time came I chased Steve as to when the job would be done and explained to him how critical the job was as my roof was leaking heavily inside. He never gave me a confirmed date just a \'your job should be done in a week and a half, you will hear from Geoff\'. A week went by and I never heard from Geoff so I chased Steve again and he said \'your job should be done by the middle of the week you will hear from Geoff\' but I never heard from Geoff so I e-mailed ACR and cancelled the job. Geoff rang me that morning saying the job had been measured and the scaffolders had been booked for Thursday (this was Wednesday)which I find VERY hard to believe! My job was obviously a fill in job and when I had decided to cancel suddenly the job was on. It was clear Geoff was lying to me as why hadn\'t he called me to confirm the job if the roof had been measured and the material booked the week before

On your quote it says you will leave the property as you found it which did not happen. The scaffolders ran over my neighbours hedge and destroyed it, you took out my neighbours clothesline from number 6 and never put it back - number 6 is occupied by a woman in her 50\'s and there is no way she could have put it back so another neighbour had to help her. You left my back deck/garden in a complete state you never put anything back in place, (including a half barrel which I can not move on my own) you left big chunks of metal everywhere, you broke the plastic holder which my hose sits on. I am very unsatisfied with your service (as are my neighbours) and I have told everyone I know how badly you left the property and how I was mucked around with trying to confirm the date the roof was going to be installed."
