    "I was initially thrilled to win a $300 roof treatment voucher through Dylan at SkySeed Drones. Last year 2025, Dylan and I agreed that the voucher would be used at my friend’s property in Ngaruawahia. He explained that the work required a couple of good sunny days and said he would contact my friend directly to arrange a suitable time.

    Unfortunately, this did not happen. After following up, Dylan apologised and assured me he would make contact. He did call my friend and again stated he would be in touch once the weather was appropriate to schedule the job.

    It has now been several months, and despite multiple attempts to reach Dylan — including phone calls, voice messages, text messages, emails, and messages via his Facebook page — I have received no response.

    I am extremely disappointed and feel let down by both Dylan and the SkySeed Drones business. I have made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly and privately. It is frustrating not only for me, but also for my friend whose hopes were raised when we were told the voucher would be honoured.

    If a business offers promotional vouchers, they should stand by them. Clear communication and follow-through are basic expectations of professional service.

    At this point, I would simply like this matter resolved — either by honouring the voucher as agreed or by communicating honestly if that is no longer possible.

    Very disappointing experience.
