    "A total disappointment both in quality of product and the service. The day the laundry doors were installed they fell off the roller and the frame came away form the wall. I sent photos the same day and asked them to come back and look at it and without even coming back to site they said it was a fault with the door jam and refused to do anything, despite having viewed the jam during the initial consultation. So they not only recommended a faulty option for our needs they then flatly refused to… help fix it even when I offered to pay additional costs if it was the jam. We just wanted some laundry doors! We have been trying for over a year to get them to fix it and there service is next to none, months without contact and then out of no where threatening emails asking for the balance of payment yet no offer to resolve the issue - the door still falls off the track! When they finally did agree to send someone to repair it (at our cost) they sent someone who could not communicate AT ALL (not a single word of English) which made it impossible to discuss the issue, on top of that he couldn't find his own car park so I had to go onto the street (in the CBD) to help him and then he drove off because he couldn't understand where I was telling him to park, a complete and utter fiasco. Now they have the audacity to threaten us with debt collection for the balance (after 3 months with no contact or offer to send a repair person) when from day one the product has been faulty and poor quality. AVOID at all cost - there are many other places that can provide better service and better product."
