"Carlos and his Team replastered and repainted our entire house. It wasn't an easy job, we had original textured walls and our celing was in a sorry state.
This was the second large scale job this Team has done for us and we have no hesitation recommending them.

"I first met Carlos in February 2020 when he responded quickly to my request for a quote on a large interior and exterior painting job for our home. Since then Carlos has been incredibly responsive and accommodating of quoting, re-quoting, re-scoping and rescheduling multiple aspects of this project over the last year (and more!). Carlos's quoting was quick, accurate (no hidden/unexpected changes) and his pricing was very good. We are SUPER happy with the finished results and every aspect of… working with Carlos, Kristian (who did a wonderful job finishing our interior painting) and the Smart Property team. Everyone we had at our home was reliable, hardworking, honest, respectful and took pride in their work. We genuinely missed seeing Carlos and his workers once the job was complete - they were a pleasure to have in our (now very nice looking!) home and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"I couldn't rate Carlos and his team more highly. We got quotes from multiple providers to have our roof painted, Carlos was the fastest to visit our property and provided the cheapest quote.
His communication was excellent, keeping us informed throughout the process. He addressed all our concerns at every stage and was flexible when we requested change of materials and additional work.

"Carlos and another worker from Smart Property undertook the prepping, treating and painting of our roof. We were very pleased with the job they did and we were quoted a reasonable price for the work. We asked for some extra work to be undertaken which was not on the original quote and they were happy to quote and take on the extra work on our carport.
