    "I've sent specific guidelines to several print houses and Snap Printing was one of the few that botherd to answer my questions, give me quotations and suggest a meeting.

    The communication process needed improvement as I had contact with several people and I personally prefer to deal with a max. of two contacts to get the job right and on time. Because of the lack of communication the first print run was not what we expected (colour differences), however Snap agreed to re-print at their own… cost and we are now satisfied with the result.

    Would use them again.    "
