The whole process was straight forward, and the cost was reasonable and as was quoted. The clean up was so good there was no evidence any work had taken place! From my first inquiry right through to completion, communication was great and i was kept informed on the timeline.
I had 14 doors/windows/sliders replaced and i was expecting it to be fairly intrusive but Zac kept it as painless as possible and they were done in 4 days.
They worked tidily and efficiently and took great care around walls, furniture & carpet to ensure there was no damage to anything else in the… house.
They were always friendly (my dog loved to see them each day) and the house was left in a clean & tidy state on completion.

Couldn't find anyone who was willing to do a smallish job. Zac & Charlie replaced a 1960's+ ranch slider & French door with great looking double glazed joinery. I am absolutely thrilled especially with the ranch-slider. 100%"Zak from Sonic Aluminium has provided great, professional service from our first contact to enquire about replacement of a large, old kitchen window and a french door. We received a detailed quote, and an estimate of the likely time they could do the work, which we knew was likely to be several months away. Queries on more exact dates further down the track were always answered promptly. The work had to be delayed for one day because of unfavourable weather, which was much better than risking… weather damage. On the day of the work, Zak and his two assistants turned up exactly on time, and worked through the day solidly to complete the work that day. The finished product is fantastic - really good workmanship and makes a big difference to the look of the two areas. We were equally impressed by their thoroughness in both protecting the work areas before starting work, and clearing away all old material and other debris once the job was complete. Independent aluminium joinery tradesmen with 15 years of experience. We have a passion for quality of work and craftsmanship with a broad knowledge of the industry.
We value your input and work towards a set budget and a plan put together in collaboration with ourselves and the customer. We love to take on the hardest challenges and the more difficult jobs others turn down, so no job is too big or small.
What we do
We can fit double glazing, custom flashings, retrofit & maintenance of existing joinery in all residential and commercial buildings. Anything to do with windows and doors, we can assist you.

"We contacted Zak at Sonic to fix a longstanding problem with an aluminium door that appeared to be expanding and jamming in the summer heat. It transpired that the door had been manufactured incorrectly (some 20 years previously)with the solution being to re-size the door by dismantling and cutting down the aluminium frame. This was done and the door now works perfectly and despite our best efforts, we are unable to find any evidence of the rebuild.We found Zak and his team to be helpful, courteous, and punctual with the job, and a few others that we threw in, completed to our total satisfaction.
