I assume they miss quite some business by being a bit ignorant to email inquires.
Once I had completed the online booking system everything started to roll and I only had to… turn up for the appointment. On my arrival their was a bit of lack attention although 3 workers where here and there without acknowledging me. I recognised Tony who had taken out the radio/cd player from my accident damaged car and we recalled our initial encounter last year and what was actually intended now. He completed the job in less then an hour, I paid at the counter, left and everything seems working fine to date. A little bit more welcoming customer service would have made the experience a bit smoother but workwise the job was well done."
