100%"I called The Conduction co. In to fix my signal issues for the TV’s in my home. This is 2nd attempt at this after having another useless crowd in before them that cost a lot of money and fixed nothing.
From the moment Keagan arrived I felt confident that a thorough job was going to be done to sort the issue. He tested the aerial on the roof to under the house and everything in between. It was no surprise he located the problem and was able to repair it that day. Oh man after having to… save again from the last crowd you cannot believe how thrilled we are to have this sorted. It also wasn’t anything particularly major. I was super impressed from
the word go with the excellent communication both verbal and written and the thorough testing carried out to source the issue and then fixed. I highly recommend this company and I think their work ethic, service provided and competitive rates are to be commended. My dogs also loved the attention. They always kept us informed sending reminders and confirming when Jordan would be onsite (which he was bang on time!). This job was for my elderly in laws who live next to us on the same property. For a faulty Heat Pump that had stopped working. Jordan took the time to explain everything and advise options which they really appreciated. Price is reasonable. They may not have always given cheapest quote but I would prefer to go with honesty, quality of workmanship , reliability. Team are incredibly friendly.
They are very clear pricing information for quotes, and have came out in unexpected emergency without price gouging(I suggest however ask if you aren't sure)

98%"The team at TCC were a breeze to deal with and the electrician who came to my house - Keagan - was thorough in his work. My air conditioning unit was serviced well and quickly.
Keagan also went the extra mile to replace a faulty socket (which wasn't part of the original quote). The billing was prompt and easy to deal with as well.
I would recommend the team at TCC with the highest confidence and I plan to use them going forward for any electrical work around my home.

They put in multiple new outlets to accommodate lost outlets after a renovation project. They also replaced a stairwell pendant light for us. They arrived on time and a crew came and went throughout the day always leaving someone onsite working. They remained tidy, cleaning areas as they went. They came back the next morning to do one thing they didn’t get to… before. They were quick and tidy. The quotation was detailed and easy to follow. Invoicing for the job was also clear. Very easy call, a quote was sent through immediately and accepted with a call time.Jordan texted me to say he could come earlier, which suited. He came on with his apprentice and they were very professional, courteous and ran some checks. They made a correction at the switchboard but talked me through what other causes could be but it looked to have worked.
When they… left, the fault reoccurred and after a text, Jordan came back straight after their next job and they reviewed the other causes and found the fault and immediately replaced it.

Again, he very helpfully talked me through what happened, what they changed and what to look out for if it tripped again. Also gave me a good pointer on the hot water cylinder.
Fault has been fixed and we had a very good experience with Jordan and his colleague.

Jordan arrived on time.Took his shoes off and post job cleaned up the areas he worked in with his own vacuum cleaner (plaster dust/mess) and put back furniture that he had moved.
Very polite. Certainly worked! Gave straightforward explanations as to why some of the work we wanted done (on the day) could not be done under his estimate and that if we wanted to proceed… we would have to wait for "parts" and that he would have to come back. We went ahead anyway.
