"Dean was great to deal with.We had a leaking HW cylinder which needed replacing.The dimensions of the HW cupboard meant it wasn't straigh forward.Dean took the time to call/email numerous times to work through options to ensure wde got the best fit for our situation.Deans workmanship was first class,cleaned up afterwards.It was nice to know the person I was dealing with on the phone,was the person actually doing the installation.To top it off,Dean is a genuine nice guy ."

"I had origionally thought I had a leak coming from my hot water cyclinder and had intended to have it replaced. Dean found the leak was coming from another source and repaired the leak so I no longer needed to replace the tank at this time. He was prompt and efficient and explained exactly what the problem was. I would have no hesitation in using this company for a cylinder replacement should the need arise."

I text Dean on a Sunday.
He was there soonest on Tuesday morning.
My tenant was very impressed with his efficient service and said he was great.
His charge was reasonable considering the price of parts and quick service. (It included time to travel to premises & get parts)"

"Very good service and reliable too. Dean’s very personable, great communication and turned up on time when he said he would - no bull, no excuses. Good value too, rates very reasonable for the work carried out. We highly recommend Dean’s services. "Dean was simply the pick of the bunch. I rang 4 other plumbers to get an idea of how much the job was going to cost and to select the best person for the job. Someone who fits my expectations. Someone who can explain things clearly, and not ask too many stupidly technical questions that i couldnt provide an answer for. in addition I needed a professional who can assure me that they will turn up on time and sooner, as well as keeping me up to date with how far away they were because the job needed to be completed within the next 24 hours. Dean asked simple questions and kept me updated on his way. I live in Milford and he had to come from West Auckland. He gave an estimation of how much the job was going to cost (the invoice total was way less than the amount of work carried out - many thanks), and purchased a new hotwater cylinder. Dean rebuilt support base levelling ground and blocks, removed old cylinder and fixed all the leaks, and tidied up. Furthermore, he provided advise on other unrelated plumbing problems.
A+ for this friendly helpful professional!!!"
