"We had a fantastic experience with Russ. We had him to fix our ranch slider, doors and windows due to house relevel. He is very knowledgeable and explain well about how he can fix it. He was able to do most of the work at the same day and communicated to us when he could finish the rest of the work due to sourcing materials. One thing stands out for me is that he fixed the problem with most practical and cost-effective way. We would definitely recommend him as he is our go to person from now regarding any related works."

"Russ was SO quick to respond when I called and SO quick to arrive when we needed him urgently. How many tradespersons respond at all, let alone respond quickly? He was a lifesaver when we needed to change and fix our house locks. Russ does things quickly and the quality of his locks and keys are top notch. And a really friendly and down to earth guy. "Located this service on No More Cowboys and from the excellent previous reviews and 100% ratings, decided to give them a call. My pool gate lock was faulty and failed a pool inspection, so I needed to fix this asap. Russ was prompt in his reply to my text and was able to attend my job the very next day. His price was reasonable, he was professional, prompt and great communication."
