"Craig did an excellent job installing our engineered oak flooring, including a fair bit of levelling required in the main living area. His work was clean and tidy and he was efficient, friendly and respectful. The gift of the mop on completion was a thoughtful surprise and I am grateful he gave us a great product to use to keep our floors looking their best."

"Craig came highly reccommended to me by my cousin who is a builder. He did not disappoint, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He levelled our floor by sanding spots that were too high to get it as level as possible before laying down our laminate. He also did my studio outside which had a small step inside and made it look so sharp and seamless. I’d recc Craig anyday, professional and super friendly!
Also hooked me up with the best mop to look after my floors and tiles! "

"Our front entrance and guest bathroom tiled flooring looked tired and dated. Craig has transformed the area with American Oak laminate.
The existing flooring had to be ground and levelled, all skirting and doors removed, and the new flooring installed. Thereafter, the skirting was refitted so as to provide a seamless appearance. Finally the doors were trimmed accordingly and rehung.
All work was carried out by Craig himself expediently and to the highest standard.
A coffee pre-noon and a… brew in the afternoon kept him on track.

I have no hesitation or reservations about recommending Craig."

"After unexpectedly discovering we had floorboards underneath some unsightly cork tiles during a kitchen renovation, Craig made himself available at very short notice to come and assess the state of the floor to determine if we could go ahead with sanding and coating these rather than going with the tiles we had originally planned. What’s more he completed the job in only 3 days, keeping the renovation on track.
Craig is friendly, responsive and did a simply amazing job of the floor. We… are so happy with the result."

"Craig did a fantastic job laying down our Khars engineered wooden flooring. The job involved two bedrooms and a two-level passageway with stairs. These areas already had clear finished Rimu skirting and architraves. I wanted the flooring to look as if it had been laid down before the skirting and architraves were attached. Craig achieved this. He did a superb job of adjusting the height of the architraves and removing the skirting without any visible damage. He then fitted the floor under… the adjusted architraves and refitted the skirting. The flooring fits beautifully and the overall appearance is as if the flooring and wooden surrounds had all been done at the same time. Craig also went the extra mile by doing some additional building work when he found we had a wardrobe that needed relining with Gibraltar board. He was punctual, extremely pleasant, worked hard and steadily and was very tidy. Before he started the job, he helpfully explained the various steps he would be taking. He gave us good notice of when he would be doing any noisy work, such as grinding the underlying concrete floor to level it for the wooden flooring. He was also extremely careful in sourcing low VOC products (glue and levelling compounds) at our request. This meant there were no unpleasant lingering chemical smalls. His work was very well priced given the high quality and excellent outcome. Words cannot express how pleased we are with his workmanship, which we get to admire every day we look at the flooring. I would never hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone wanting a wooden floor laid and he would be the first and only person I would call when we come to replace the flooring in the rest of our home."

He skillfully tackled some challenging details and provided outstanding craftsmanship for work that others would not touch.

"Craig has worked on multiple projects for me at several properties. I've had many dealings with Tradesmen & Craig stands out well above the rest. I usually have a list ready for him, (which he has me on about) and I'm always amazed how multi-talented he is. He's punctual, organised, fast, maximises the most cost effective products for the job, communicates well, turns up when he says he will & is always happy to work to my specs. "Craig installed a solid oak floor in herringbone style in my living area. With a border around the whole floor marrying into an engineered oak floor in the smaller hallway off the entrance hallway which he installed also. With custom made oak threshold bars going into the bathroom, two bedrooms and garage from the hallway.
Craig was punctual, clear communication and the job ran smoothly and within the timeframe he set out.
I can’t recommend him enough. "
