    "Bought a brand new shower from this shop and within a year we had so many defects and problems with it. The installer who is also the owner of the shop, was very blase about it all and after two years we are still battling with him. Bubbling occurred on the metal, so after we contacted them many times, the whole shower was taken away (leaving us with no shower in the house at all) to be reanodised and on return, there was a large scratch on the panel and the lining was cut in several places.… He is unwilling to accept responsibility for it and to fix it. Do NOT use this shop or installer."
