His response was quick and exactly what I asked for. We decided to replace our heat pump and he turned up on time and replaced the heat pump with ease and no mess. "Sam have done a very professional job. Install a glycol system for washing. As a company we were not able to achieve the water bath temperature below 5 degrees and he recommended that a system like that will not only bring water bath below 5 degrees but will bring temperature below 2 degrees.
Usually a system like this cost big $$$$$ but he all did for nearly half the price. Big saving in $$$$$$$ and efficiency.

He was the only person who gave me a price to repair my 12 year old Hitachi Heatpump - the others wanted to replace it for $2500! I could not afford to do that.
