"Sam is very efficient, honest and reliable. He quickly found the problem with the fridge and fixed it although because of the damage, he couldn't guarantee how long the part would last. I have decided to get a new part and Sam will be installing it. I highly recommend Sam and Thermozone. "

"Sam have done a very professional job. Install a glycol system for washing. As a company we were not able to achieve the water bath temperature below 5 degrees and he recommended that a system like that will not only bring water bath below 5 degrees but will bring temperature below 2 degrees.
Usually a system like this cost big $$$$$ but he all did for nearly half the price. Big saving in $$$$$$$ and efficiency.

"Sam was very quick to respond and to give a price.
He was the only person who gave me a price to repair my 12 year old Hitachi Heatpump - the others wanted to replace it for $2500! I could not afford to do that.
GREAT COMMUNICATION.
I am very grateful to Sam for being so honest and willing to repair it. He gave me a good quote, and for parts also.
(others wanted me to collect the parts myself).
He came quickly, He did the job quickly, and charged what he quoted.

We are a Company which was established in 2016, with a vast variety of technicians who are experienced in all aspects of the refrigeration & HVAC trade. Thermozone team are firm believers of building right relationships with their clients and keeping things simple by offering a personalized service. After many years of countless trees and endless numbers of pens and scanning paperwork, Our Job Management system is paperless, we use a cloud based trade service software which allows us to build a complete profile of your venue and equipment.

Our strengths are quality workmanship, health & safety, delivering projects on time, and consistent communication.

Thermozone technicians are qualified and have a variety of licensed for the trade including; Site safe memberships, IRHACE Memberships, Electrical service technicians registrations, Working at heights, Mobile elevated platform, Harness training, First aid training, Fire extinguisher training and more. Please do not hesitate to enquire in more details in regards to our qualifications & training.

Our company has built its reputation on quality workmanship which has led to us to be accredited installers for; Daikin, Hitachi, Rinnai, Temperzone are only a few brands we promote. We are also IQP registered and can carry out inspections & reports for BWOF.
