  "We decided to move to New Zealand and and bought an apartment for living in Auckland before we arrive. Is was difficult (and even dangerous) to buy a property in a different country. We were lucky that the property we found was sold with Thomas & Violet @ Ray White Real Estate. Thomas supported us from the begining to the end of the buying process. Thomas send all the documents I asked for in due time, he explained in details the body corp rules and
  described refurbishments which were… made in the apartment building. Then we arrive to our new apartment Thomas was very supportive. He helped us to connect electricity, phone.

  "My less than 100% score for "value for money" is not a reflection on Thomas & Violet per se, but more a comment on the cost of employing realtors generally. Their prices are in line with the industry norm; however, what made them stand out was their enthusiasm, personal warmth and friendliness. They were excellent at keeping in touch and providing reassurance through a stressful time."

  "This couple is very nice real-estate agents. We have bought 2 houses from them in 2007. There was no pressure from them when making offer on any of the house. We would say they are very honest person and with great personality (very different with other real-estate agents). We are glad that we met them, not only for the houses that we have bought, but also for the friendship that we build from there. "
