I found Top Roofers, Jim Roberts and his team of young men great. From the time they arrived to the very last day they were professional and happy. I noticed how they were very well organised and had good OSH standards ...one man always on the ground watching for us and watching the men on the roof. Every night everything was left tidy and swept. I was home most of the time and they all respected my… privacy and very polite.. they took a pride in their job and we certainly feel we have had an excellent job done. Thank you

90%"Great job done for a good price but later soured with miscommunication. Tenants complained of moisture in a room and a request for a reassessment from Top Roofer resulted in a recommendation to replace the roof(just done) Top Roofer suggested the moisture could have been attributed by other factors which might have been possible as on inspection by myself appeared to be sound. Unfortunately with his response being to renew my roof because of pitch 4-5 years after his work I decided to get the… roof redone by an alternate company as Top Roofer and I could no longer trust each other. I don’t know if the roof was at fault but the communication between us for a review due to a leak after the job was disappointing.
