"Andrew came to our house with the product gift wrapped and gave it to me telling me it was a gift for me. He then talked for sometime about how the device could save me power and referred to references from Pascoes etc. he then asked for my credit card details and told me the receipt would be emailed to me. He assured me that the device could be installed by any electrician and did not tell me the warranty was only valid if we used their electrician. He also told me if we had any issues with… installing the product as we wanted in our fuse box that he would give me a full refund. We organised an electrician to come out only to find that how he said it could be installed was not possible at all and that he should never have told us it could be. When I contacted him to let him know we could not use the product he turned around and told me I could not get my money back even though the product had not been used and he had originally given me a guarantee that he would refund my money.

I am in the process of lodging a dispute but I warn all others that are contacted by these people to run a mile. So dishonest and product is not something our insurance said they would cover either based on how it needed to be installed by-passing safety functions."
