    "This company is a huge disaster, avoid their services at all cost. They delivered a ruined damaged desk, and they are hiding behind their "Owners Risk" policy. They won't refund, they won't accept responsibility and worst of all they don't care about their customers at all. The driver doesn't call you upon arrival, he destroys what you've ordered and then when he promises to fix it, he keeps saying he's busy. With all of this happening exactly on my partner's birthday, I asked for a… solution and they came up with nothing. The customer service representative didn't even want to give me her last name or her manager's phone number. To summarise: DON'T EVER USE TRANSFERVANS!"
