"I employed Tree Fellas based on the reviews. Unfortunately my experience with them left me extremely disappointed with them. They damaged the berms and lawn, left chips over the drive, footpath and road. Didn’t grind one stump and left the chips on another. Left a security gate open and moved my boat down the lawn and left it bogged down there.
They came back the next day to fix things and did such a halfhearted job I didn’t want them back.
Maybe I lucked out and the supervisor was away… but When things go wrong, management should step up and personally see things are put right if they want to retain their reputation and customers."

"These guys are amazing, a prime example of how a successful trade business should be conducted. They are professional from A to Z. Starting for site inspection until cleaning up after completing the job. They sent a job assessor to test the tres conditions and give advice on how to deal with it. Then to my surprise I received a professional quote 10 minutes later with photos of the proposed job. Agreed To the quote and a date was set to my convenience. Three young men turned up at the right… time, explained what they are going to do. They had professional equipment, they were very polite and respectful. They did a great job. The price was very competitive, an dI am very happy with the final outcome.

"If we had more lovely human beings like those I have had the complete pleasure to work with, the world would be a much better place.
From my first consultation with Wayne to the completion of the job I had to get done, everything was exceptional.
Very good coordination between Wayne the consultant and contracts manager, Ryan the GM, and Alex the team manager of the team that did the work. Andrew and the lady at the office I spoke with were wonderful. Apologies, but I can't recollect her… name.

The team of four, that came over headed by Alex, were very hard working, easy to communicate with and humble souls.

They were prompt, quick and efficient, and also trimmed a couple of small shrubs for me.

They left the place clean and immaculate.

I will henceforth always use Trefellas, you guys are wonderful.

"We always use Tree Fellas. This time we needed a podocarpus to be topped as it was overhanging our roof. The access to the tree wasn't straightforward but as per usual they arrived when they said they would, completed the work quickly and efficiently, and tidied up. In fact when I arrived home I thought they hadn't been yet as they had tidied up so well. From the original booking to completion of the work they were brilliant. That's why we always use them and recommend them. Thanks again guys."

"We hired Tree Fellas to cut down our old kowhai tree. The base of the trunk had split and it was leaning onto our boundary fence and into our neighbour's property. We also needed some branches cut back to the boundary line on another part of our property. Our whole experience with Tree Fellas was positive right from Wayne coming out to give us a quote to the guys doing the work. Access to our house was tricky due to a sharp turn in our driveway which meant they weren't able to bring their truck… right up to the gate. This didn't worry the guys and they carried out the work in a very professional manner making sure to leave the area tidy when they had finished. The kowhai was cut down without any fuss and no damage to the fence. The workmen were friendly and polite. The fee was affordable and our neighbours were happy. We will definitely use Tree Fellas again the next time our trees need maintenance."

"I was super impressed by the three guys who turned up to do the job. They worked as a team and there was no mucking about as they cleared the pile of tree branches from my property and into the chipper. Their work ethic was totally focused on the job, after 2 hours non stop working I asked if they wanted a cup of tea, they said water, which they drank and went straight back to work. Their attitude was refreshingly positive, a 'Whatever needs to be done we can do it' kind of mind set. I wish all… the people I have employed over the years came with this attitude.

I had 3 quotes for doing the job, and Tree Fellas was the most reasonable. One of the other companies I had contacted, complained while giving the quote about about how big the job was and what they would have to do to get the foliage to the chipper ect. I was thinking, 'Ok this guy is setting me up for an excessive quote' and I was right! It was $100.00 more.

Without a doubt, I will get Tree Fellars again next year."

Their service was always quick and efficient and the staff polite and friendly. I now live on The Parade, in an apartment block. "I asked four different contractors to quote for my job, which was slightly challenging.
Of the four, TreeFellas were the fastest to get back to me, and their price was competitive. One never bothered to get back at all. The job was carried out exactly as specified, and the whole site was left neat and tidy. The staff were friendly and co-operative, even down to using the leaf-blower on my front paths. "

"We use The Tree Fellas regularly to trim our high hedge and shape a few other trees around our property. They always show up on time and do the job efficiently and effectively. Our front hedge is always perfectly straight and crispy. The guys I've dealt with have been pretty friendly and great at tidying up after themselves. The only issue is some times we've had to book really far in advance, however now that I know that I can plan for it."

"I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Tree Fellas. Oliver came to view the job and quote, he was very detailed and captured all the jobs I needed done. We were very happy with the quote as the trees were huge! His team were able to complete the work over two days and did a fantastic job of the stump grinding, as well as leaving the section and driveway clean and tidy. tree, I had originally had part of the tree cut down by another company and ended up using Tree Fellas for the remainder of the job. Ryan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, happy to answer any questions and split the work into two jobs.

"Very prompt service and quote was well below 2 other well known tree- work companies. Arrived as promised and did a great job of felling and removing 2 large ash trees. Some large branches were hanging over the neighbours' properties and they swung these around beautifully to land in our place. Cleaned up well afterwards. Great job and great value..

"Well what can I say except excellent in every way. Great quote (over $6000 less than another quote from another company). Arrived when scheduled. The team worked well with one cutting, one cleaning up and one mulching. Our trees where over 10 metres tall and they climbed up them like second nature. The only issue we had was due to wind part of a trunk fell on a large pot which was one of two, but Steve replaced both and had the trees re-potted at no cost and they now look better than the… original pots. We did not have to pay until the repairs were done. I really can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them again. Have already recommended them to a couple of other people who need trees cut down. They even cleaned up the neighbours back yard that got covered in sawdust and branches. The men were pleasant and friendly and were just excellent...what more can I say, thanks Tree Fellas :-)"

"Good competitive quote and they really listened to what we wanted. Trimming was ok, however not happy with the final result. No after sales service, no one called to see if we were happy. I called to have a tree redone. Still no call to see if we were happy. I haven't paid all the bill and no one has called to ask why."

"We used Tree Fella\'s post a neighbour getting them in. They gave a very good quote to remove 2-3 meters from 2 trees. They did a fantastic job and shaped the tree very well and it made a huge difference to the property. They spent about 3 hours with 3 staff and they removed all the trees pieces. This would have been very hard work as one was a macadamia tree which are hardword and spiky. The yard was left like it was when they started and all this cost $621. I didnt even get another quote as… i knew that was very reasonable. I would recommend them to any one, the communication was spot on and they completed evey thing they agreed. Fantastic for me and I am sure my efforts would have taken all day and some more. Well worth the money..."

"The team from Tree Fellas, were without fault. The Tree Fellas admin told me the team would be at my place on Fri at 10am and they were. Our very large and unruly silk tree was trimmed and tidied up in an extremely efficient and professional manner. The thing that impressed me the most was the clean up. Debris fell into our garden and our neighbour\'s garden, but by the time the team left it was all completely cleaned up. Brilliant. Money well spent. Many thanks. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed working with these guys. They were professional and pleasant from quote through completion of our job. We were given a written quote on site. It was half what two other companies were asking for felling and removal of 30 metres of trees and shrubs along a boundary fence line. Both crews (fellers and grinders) arrived on time, listened carefully to what we wanted, and did the work efficiently. They took the time to rake and sweep once finished - leaving everything looking… great. Overall, decent friendly guys clearly enjoying what they\'re doing. Highly recommend!"

"Fantastic job from Tree Fellas. Friendly staff, arrived on the dot for the quote, which was the best out of 3 we obtained by far.
Did arrive a few hours late on the day of the job without notice. Worked hard and finished very quickly as they had another job to go to that day (3pm by that time). Did clean up properly afterwards. The only downside was they left the wood there for us to use as firewood as requested, but they were in huge logs and were not chopped up as I would have wanted. So… might have to get them to come collect the wood afterall.

Overall it was a great job for a great price. Highly recommended."

"We obtained 4 qutoes from various companies to remove a large gum tree from our property. The quote we obtained from Tree Fellas was by far the cheapest (1/3 of the most expensive quote!) and they were the only company to follow up after the quote.
They contacted us on the week of the job to ask if it was OK to do the job one day early due to forecast bad weather later in the week.
They arrived, cut down the tree in a speedy and professional manner, removed all wood and foliage and cleaned… up both our property and our nieghbours property.

Exceptional work!!"
