However, there was a bit of a hiccup with communication on the day, where they got held up at another job and I was waiting. The job clearing a steep bank of privet took 2x as long as expected but James and his crew worked tirelessly and without complaint doing overtime to ensure the job was done.
James's driving skills were impressive as he backed into the driveway with centimetres to spare between buildings.
Unfortunately driving out with poor vision a downpipe was damaged, but no problem at all, within days it was fixed.

100%"The three guys were all very skilled, and worked in sync with each other. The climber was amazing as the tree he worked on was exceptionally high. The other two guys were busy shaping and thinning out other trees as well as tidying and making mulch.
Our neighbours driveway and back yard was also used and the neighbour remarked on how friendly and respectful the guys were, I absolutely agree 100%

Fiscus, cabbage and Yucca on my property.
Their experience showed working in rythem with one taking the Fiscus down while the other chopped down the other 2 and cleared away and chipped all the debris.
Done in under 2 hrs.

100%"Zac came and quoted to trim trees remove a dead Kowhai and take out an overgrown Magnolia. 1st attempt do not go a head, due our our driveway and just poor weather, but promptly rebooked for 2 weeks later. Jarrod call me to let me know they were on the way to allow me to get home to give some direction and they were into it. Chopped out everything we asked for, topped all of the trees, looked after the foliage below. I headed out and quietly returned without their knowledge and they were both… singing away and having a great time, while working really hard. Jarrod sent me a text just to clarify one thing and I popped my head out the front door to their surprise and confirmed one final cut. Awesome result, but what I was most impressed with was the clean up afterwards, it was like they had never been there, but the trees were all trimmed. They even cleaned up the driveway and removed leaf waste as well and left everything clean and tidy. far more than I expected. 100%"Zack and his team made a huge difference for my garden. They removed two dead trees, a small one in the front garden that had succumbed to the drought over the last two summers, and a tall kanuka that died of old age the last of a group of three planted in the late seventies. They trimmed back an enormous pohutukawa branch that was reaching right over the back yard nearly to the house and stealing the sun from the verge garden. . A monster old rose bush was removed and some dead hedging.… Everything was covered in vines as I had been unable to maintain my garden for about two years due to being immobile due to hip problems. It has been wonderful to get started on restoring my garden. These guys were ready to start bang on time and the whole job felling, trimming,clearing and chipping just took one morning.

90%"Hi! It was a pleasure dealing with your staff. They were polite and cheerful. They arrived spot on time. This is what I expected since you came so highly recommended. On the whole the job was done well but neither of the people you sent were able to deal with cutting back a large Bird of Paradise. Also, some of the trees that were pruned did not have all the dead branches taken off as requested and not all the clippings were removed or mulched and left on site. Because of this the job only took… 2.5 hours. I don't know how many hours the final bill covered but I have put money for the 2.5 hours that the men were on site. Thank you for your work but I was a bit disappointed with both the work and the billing.

100%"Last week a tree was blown over during a storm and it fell across our driveway, trapping us on the property. I phoned Tree Tops and spoke with Amanda who was very helpful. It was a very busy day for Tree Tops but she promptly arranged for one of her teams to come to our place. They arrived within an hour on a very wet and windy day. About us
Tree Tops is a modest a family-owned arborist business based in Henderson, West Auckland.
The company, launched in June 2015, is fronted by husband-and-wife team Zach Fell and Amanda Mellick.
While Tree Tops specialise in all aspects of tree care and maintenance, from tree removals to hedge trimming, the team get a real buzz off two areas of tree care in particular: technical large tree removals which require very precise rigging and cutting techniques, and large tree reductions.

We are a small-medium sized professional tree company, we are small enough to provide personalised, efficient service, but large enough to have the skills, experience and equipment required to efficiently and safely complete jobs.
