"Levi and apprentice came out on behalf of Tungsten Electrical and reseated the mains feed into the house in preparation for the guttering to be replaced.

They did a fantastic job, they were able to reseat the power even when there was no spare length on the feed from the pole. Cabling was sheathed and well protected from a health and safety perspective for the team replacing the guttering to work around.

"I employed the services of Tungstan Electrical to install a new over (induction) , When I phoned , Conrad the owner , he was was away but immediately sent Michael up the next day to do this for us. Unfortunately our wiring needed replacing to support the oven, Michael arrived around 3.30pm on a Friday, stayed late to complete the job, so we would have an oven over the weekend. Michael appreciated how much we wanted to try it out, so continued to the job was completed.I have never known any Tradies to do this on a Friday night. Micheal was so lovely, he chatted to us and not once did he make us feel as though we had inconvenienced him, he was incredible to work with, such a neat guy. I would 100% recommend them. and will be using them again!!!"

All communication from Conrad regarding the work required and the times for booking in electricians was done in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. We also had a couple of electrical switches requiring attention which they were happy to fit in on the day. Kura did an excellent job installing the lights and fixing the switches. "Conrad came to give advice about our dinning light and look at moving some power points. He temporarily fixed the light ,no cost, to keep us going until we could decide what fixture we would get to replace the one we broke . He gave good advice about the power point move. From the discussion i felt he knew his stuff so we also made a plan to upgrade the lounge lights . He was was knowlegdable about current products and had good ideas. "I had a problem with my switch and contacted Conrad Smith, which I read in the Neighbourly site. There was some good reviews about him. He was very punctual to arrive at my place and told me what had happened. Then he explained to me I have a very old switchboard. The decision to upgrade the existing switchboard to new switchboard have now given me a peace of mind. I found Conrad to be friendly, honest and reliable. "Recently we needed to have a new oven and cook top installed. The job was not as straightforward as we thought as the new hobb was a little large for the original hole and the bench was also not level. Conrad and his team went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They stayed until the job was completed which was well after 7pm and gave us more than fair price for the work that was done. "Conrad has done two jobs for us: the first a bedroom refit and the second a kitchen refit. Conrad was full of helpful ideas at the planning stage, explaining options clearly.
