"We've had the pleasure of working with Kris from UDream Builders on multiple occasions over the years, and each time has been a positive experience. Kris helped build us a three-level deck on a steep terrain, complete with guardrails, pergola, steps/ stairs and we couldn't be happier with the results.

"I was worried because the job looked so complicated to me. Kris did a great job with ease. He actually did more than he contracted to do and left us with a lovely new roof on the Bay Window, and repair and replacement of any rotten or damaged timber over the whole window and sill. Then a complete priming of all the surfaces to ready it for us to paint. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but my wife had a good feeling when meeting Kris. It appears she was right!"

"We also engaged Kris and his team to remove and rebuild a 'Bath over Shower' with Liners, Water-proofing and skirting to replace the Tiled Shower that was leaking through the floor.
Kris completed the demolition, rebuilt the floor and completed the installation and fit-off.
He also had a lot of input into the choice of materials used.
Cost Effectice, On-time, to Budget, built to a High Standard."

"I have used Kris in the past to carry out a joint fencing projects for our 3 neighbours many years ago. His quote was the most competitive. To date the fencing is still standing straight and looking as new as. Just last year Kris built a solid beautiful deck to a design I requested with bench seating and storage underneath. He is very detailed and meticulous in his workmanship and always happy to share his ideas. Also careful and tidy in carrying out his work. No shortcuts and ensure I am happy… with what he delivered.
