"Jed has been removing and prunuing my trees and trimming hedges for several years. He and his crews always turn up on time and do a great job. Yesterday a group of three trimmed my high lilly pilly hedge they were quick and cleaned up after themselves leaving the site neat and tidy. The team were so easy to deal with and really nice guys. The foreman ensured that the height of the hedge was checked with me at each point where the height changed due ti the roof and slope on the site. Jed has… always been great to deal with and tmely with quote and scehduling of jobs."

"I was very pleased with the efficiency and level of professionalism from the team at Urban Arborist.
The work started at 8am as advised and was completed at around 5pm.
I had them cut down a 10-12m phoenix palm tree which is certainly not an easy task due to the spikes.
The place was left clean and safe upon completion of the job.
Jed has been amazing in communicating between the time of the first quote to the receipt of payment.
The whole team was very friendly and enthusiastic on the… job which is always a good sight.

I would highly recommend urban arborists for their affordability and excellent service."

"Jed & his Team did a really professional job of pollarding 5 extremely tall and hard to access poplars to a fixed height and removing the trucks and branches. They went above and beyond by liaising with our neighbours to access the last tree which was tucked away on the corner of the property. He gave a good price for a hard job and we will definitely use Urban Arborists again."

"the initial 9 week lead time was a bit to long as a family medical emergency meant I had to go to Australia for 5 weeks, happily they extended the job date and arrived on time to cut down 4 large palms. the team was very friendly and helpful cleaning up as best they could as the palms where in my pebble garden. happy with the work done and the price, would recommend and use them again."

"Very efficient, i thought that this job would take at least half a day but they were done and dusted in less than 2 hours. They left the site tidy afterwards.
They seemed knowledgable about trees and talked me out of what i wanted for a large tree, and gave a better alternative.
The cost seemed quite high, but I confess i didn't get any other quotes to compare. "

"This was the second time that I have used Jed and his excellent crew. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality of work all delivered with a highly competitive quote the first-time round. So, when I needed the trees topped and cut back again, Jed and his team were my automatic choice. And they did not disappoint me the second time either. On the day when the crew turned up, I explained everything that was on the quoted list of things to be done as to how I wanted the… job done and they just got on with it. All the men on the crew Kai, Rah and the other men were all cheerful, customer friendly and a delight to interact with. Right through even while they were working, if I wanted to say or ask something, they would stop, listen, and discuss. They were efficient and thorough with their work and cleaned up the property well before they left. "My garden was completely overgrown with 45 years plus of random planting including a HUGE Pheonix palm. Jed and the boys took them all down and cleared the space for us. It was a big job. Their advice around which ones to remove versus top was greatly appreciated , as was their advice also around ongoing maintenance, tree care etc for our desired future plan for the property. "Jed and his team did a fantastic job removing the vegetation and stump grinding our overgrown section. They worked hard removing many large trees, which had to be moved by hand up a long steep bank and through a narrow path next to our house. The work was completed very efficiently and the section was left clean and tidy. The team was friendly and the price was very reasonable considering the amount of work required. "Fantastic ! Don’t look any further, these guys did a wonderful job. Jed came and gave me quote which was most acceptable. He then fitted in with my time frame. The guys that did the job were professionals, they knew what they were doing. They were fast and efficient, every thing was done with checking with me first., and always with a big smile.
