While I had planned for the worst case scenario, and prepared ahead, not knowing the full extent of the damage caused by a sudden water leak. VC's first site inspection was cut short, due to a daycare pickup I had on schedule.

Vert Construction made a follow up visit to attentively inspect the internal, external areas of the… property, and roof ceiling space to find the cause of the damage.

My mind was quickly put at ease, as Vert Construction showed diligence in every step of the process, and took action to book in the job without a prolonged job queue.

Knowing it would be a financial burden to cover the repair costs, Vert Construction assisted with the info requests for my Insurance Claim (without any hesitation) which made a world of difference! No assessor was available at the time, to make their own conclusion of the damages.

The Director of Vert Construction, Ish is over-qualified for the industry that he works in, with extensive knowledge. He tracked progress of the work through his own photos or video recordings and shared updates. Punctual time management and day planning, shared tips, setup of work environment to liveable standards, with no equipment in the way, and kept a clean work ethic. Promptly responded, showed absolute enthusiasm in philosophy and construction trade, arranged contractors, hiring of industrial dryer etc and inspired ideas to add value to the property.

I don't know whether it was a strike of found luck, that I discovered Vert Construction through NoCowboys, to help at short notice with the repairs, or trusting my own instinct.

We had a bad experience with the previous builder involved in our project and looking for a new builder is almost impossible at that time, sometimes we felt that we need to beg for builders to take our project. Ish and the boys came around when they said they would and knocked out the work in record time. Not only did they do an outstanding job with an exceptional finish they did it within the budget, which would have been… difficult as my house is an older state house and there are subsidence issues with walls out of plumb creating difficult working conditions for the boys. But they persevered and got on with the project.

We really appreciated their safety… practices and we knew that the safety of ourselves and our children was always their concern which, on a building site, was very important to us. They made sure to leave everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. Ish also managed all of the council inspections and managed to arrange multiple inspections together with our plumber to save on costs for us.
