"Duc provided us with a competitive quote and was very good answering our questions and giving us advice. His team are very hard working and professional, they bought to our attention weatherboard that needed to be replaced and got a builder to do this promptly so it did not cause any delays with the painting. The more deteriorated weatherboards because of splits and cracks were sanded right back and filler used before being primed and painted.
We are very happy with the painting and would… recommend and use Viet Duc Ltd again."

"We had our kitchen renovated and needed to get the whole open plan area painted including the window and door frames and the ceilings. The paper from our hallway ceiling had started coming off so we wanted that fixed and painted and the spare room needed a full plaster skim and painting including ceiling and window frames.
Duc came out within a couple of days and gave us a really nicely priced quote and everything got started. There were often 8 guys doing the work and they were quiet, very… polite and cleaned up each evening.

Only a couple of the team could speak English so we used good old Google translate to let each other know what was happening. I was perfectly comfortable having them in the house on my own and happy to leave them when I headed out to pick hubby up from work.

We intend to have them back to do some more work soon."

"We got Duc to quoted for our house since 2020, but we did not accept the quote until later 2021. It is nice that Duc still let us to keep the same quote even after that long period.
Although there was a lot of delays and interference due to weather and covid, Duc still manage to get our job started earlier this year.
We were really impressed on how much a small team of 3 people can do over a short period of time.
Either Duc & the Supervisor keeps poping once in a while to check the guys… see if there is any thing we worried about during the job, it was really helpful for us to understand why each step was taken to give it a long life span.

Although the price was fairly higher than others but with the amount of effort Duc and his team had put in, I considered this was a reasonable price range for a professional job like this.

They also offered a free 5 years guarantee of their work man ship on our house too, so that is a huge plus as we did not have to worry about the house going bad at least the next 5 years. Whereas you need to pay a fees for Master Painter to get this guarantee.

Despite there was a slight delay compare to the original plan, but their communication has been on point to keep us posted on where our project was at so we do not feel lost when no one show up on a day.

Would recommend to any one is looking to do a renovation."

"We had Duc & his team repaint our house both interior & exterior earlier this year.
It was really impressed on the transformation that VietDuc team has been able to do to our house. It makes the house feels like a new build now. We are very pleased.
With the ability to organize for almost everything such as builder, scaffolder, spouting, we did not have to worry about anything beside the bill.
Although the price is a bit higher than other companies we asked for a quote, but we felt… it really worth it.

I already recommended VietDuc to most of our friends and family who are looking to renovate their home."

"We are delighted to provide feedback on Viet Duc Ltd and the work they did painting the exterior of our house in Karori.
The company arranged the scaffolding and painting crew. We received a clear itemised quote which we accepted. Covid understandably delayed the commencement of the work but once it was on it was completed remarkably quickly in our view with weather being the only hold up.
The painting team were three people who were no fuss, careful and tidy. They’d arrive at around… 10:00/10:30am and finish after 6:00pm. Worked on Saturdays (weather permitting). Worked hard and had all the right kit.

The reason we asked if they could paint our house was we had seen the excellent job they had done to a house just down the street whose owners were happy to give us contact details for Viet Duc Ltd.

We are happy to recommend Viet Duc Ltd to anyone looking to have their house painted. We are extremely pleased with the job they have done on ours."

"Had the whole interior painted by Vietduc. The guys did a really nice job. We're impressed. The place looks fantastic. They even helped us with the colors, we had thought pure white for the ceiling but they suggested alabaster will be a more comfortable tone. The guys were really good while working in our house, very respectful and pleasant, which helped our cat's anxiety levels. Finally, the price was good, we had four quotes and theirs was the second best. So we would have no problem… recommending."

"These guys did a great job on our large 1920s two story house, near the beach in Island Bay.
The work was complicated - quite a few building repairs were required, and there was a delay of a month due to new double-glazing not being delivered on time. But Duc and his crew were really flexible.
Most importantly, we think we got a great outcome. The house looks great and we're confident that the job is high quality. We would definitely use these guys again!"
